My girlfriend loves this place. I think it's just pretty good. Some of the stuff is a good deal, most isn't. It's always busy, and the lineup can be a long wait. They will hold furniture for you for a week so you can arrange to get it home.
Employees are friendly but the management is vile. Rude, unhelpful, and even seem to treat their own associates poorly. Disappointed and shocked, especially at the attitude of the old one with the curly hair. Try smiling for once. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Hire new managers, Homesense. Will be shopping at other locations for my home goods next time.
Lines are way too long and slow, hardly any cash registers open at any time of the day, shelves rarely get regularly stocked. Erin Mills is a much better location.
Excellent selection of items (furniture, decor, accent pieces and outdoor decor). Service wasn’t the greatest, the associate seemed very uninterested in bagging our items or even giving us the bags to bag it ourselves. Aside from that this location had some very nice pieces! Would return for some nice autumn accents for my home.
It's always a hit or a miss with this location. But today was a hit, with the finds AND locating helpful associates on the floor. Overall a pleasant experience today!
Today I was taken care by Vanessaf I must say you have a very polite hard working person working here. She was very helpful and friendly. I was very happy to be served by her. She wrapped dinner plates and other plates so carefully. And explained me how to unwrap them which shows she takes interest in her clients. Because of the great attitude I will always like to shop in this store. It was nice meeting her today. I wish her all the best in life. Thank you Vanessaf.
It's a good place to shop for home essentials. A lot of stuff for the home. Tons of kitchen gadgets, blankets for the bed room and even mirrors and pictures. I did find some of the shelves bare. A clear indication that the lockdown has affected stores stock. Still it was nice to walk around and do some window shopping.
You can always find something at home sense. Except the staff want friendly even though I spent a lot of money. I was disappointed in some of them. Very. But otherwise, it was good.
HomeSense- the staff are very helpful and very patient with the customer. The store is very big in size with lot of merchandise. The merchandise are displayed in a very clean and tidy manner. Other than furniture there are accessories, sport goods, toys, cook ware, art works/ pictures, jewelry and watch.sections. Currently there are many christmas stuff. You won‘t be disappointed.
Some furniture and products look really used. Surprised they try and sell items like that. Also this location seems to be more expensive than the other locations, not sure why that is.
I love shopping at Homesense at Heartland. It's such a nice store and always well maintained. I am especially imprrssed with the awesome customer service, especially Sahar who is always so friendly and helpful. One of my favourite stores for sure.
Any homeowner's or designer's go-to for accessories, knickknacks, furniture or anything else that can complete and compliment the home. Great reasonable prices and a whole variety to choose from. It can get addicting so shop with caution
It’s been the most terrible shopping experience I have ever had. I was dealing with Saha “ the so called cash manager “ and she is so rude. I bought ton of merchandise from this location and they told me that o can return it anytime. I shopped for around 300 dollar and there was one product that didn’t meet my requirement and I wanted to exchange for something else while it had price ticket on. She created a big issue out of the and was very rude. I am very upset with the experience and would never come back to this store. I like homesense for their merchandise but it this is the service, I have my reservation if I want to buy anything from here.
