Honestly, I just went in to use the bathroom. It had that stale pee smell that made me think someone missed three days ago, and rather than clean it, the staff allowed it to evaporate.

No bags unless you buy them and you can't take your cart to the car so after shopping for an hour l had to leave my choices there, no worries, other stores more convenient to shop at!

Nice clean store. Lots of seasonal items. Would love to see more sales but one can dream! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the store for some home. Accessorizing!

Affordable to buy clearance items. Or else too expensive. They have good stuffs to browse around and wait for their discount clearances.

This is huge. I came early morning and was impressed by the selection. Loads of holiday decor and gift items. Bright lights inside. They even have a furniture section with choices of rugs. Though I was looking for some glass containers I did not find and likely need to revisit. The of putting thing was some weird very pungent silent smell as soon as i entered the store. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning chemicals or all the Christmas products but it was horrible. To think that's what we are berating for entire time in store.

Assistant “manager” Apural is awful and very rude. I returned a painting in the back because it was raining and I didn’t want the painting to get wet. She had the audacity to tell me “that I was not doing her a favour” bringing the painting to the back. Would she rather return a wet painting? She’s a total joke.

Never expect to see such a cool things,

Everything is good and brand new, we can daily use in our home, something are expensive and something are normal price.

The items at Homesense are beautifully curated with the same taste and style that one sees at Winners but for household items. They stock a really fine selection of wine glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchenware at excellent prices. The furniture and linen sections are also worth browsing through. They have a little selection for kids toys also. The checkout lane has some great little budget items, ensure to keep some time for that too. The entire store is a great place to look for a gift for someone at a bargain price, which looks and feels like a lot more.

Acquired two books. Horrible horrible store and staff members. Was harassed in store. Not sure how the training of these staffs are trained but nevertheless horrible experience with HomeSense.

I heard Homesense had lots of good kitchen items. I was looking for a dish rack. Unfortunately they stock wall units and not portable ones that most homes use

The employee name Tracie is very rude she accused me of stealing avoid this store if you are a person of colour very racist employees.

I love to come here and spend my money on stuff that I did not know my home needs.

The store is lovely and has a variety of products from known brands. The pandemic is causing a problem with inventory though. I always find great deals for the items I'm looking for as long as the inventory is there.

I liked wandering in Homesense. I can spend hours and hours here just browsing their displays and stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful

Poorly stocked. Not sure if this is an outlet location or something but the shelves are really bare and very limited selection. Also next to no staff if you need any help.

Large store. Friendly staffs. Has quite a variety of collection. Easily can spend an afternoon here.

Got a great mirror here. It's a good place for home decor. Its pricey but you can get good deals sometimes.

Based on my understanding HomeSense is an extension of Winners' home department.

The goods:
One can find a good collection of decoration items here. They carry very different stuff that one usually do not find in regular chain stores. The prices are affordable.

It's located inside Rockwood mall, good in winter.

They carry limited stuff and regularly update the catalog with new items, so one may not find the same item they found few weeks back but can see new items.

A good place to check for unique gifts.

At this location, the children section is small.
Prices are a bit more then Winners on similar items.

Constantly changing stock. Alot of stuff is chipped or damaged in some form or another. Prices are high for those items.

Most merchandise, sweets, bathroom and kitchen accessories, home decor, bedding, pictures and many more things are beautiful. Some items are very unique and look like pieces of art. Inventory deserves 5 stars. Merchandise is so poorly displayed all over the place and not well kept. Store is very cluttered and deserves 0 stars. I wonder why management doesn’t have the authority to tell the staff to straighten up the mess. Yes customers make mess and displace items but it’s employees’ job to make sure that stock is neatly displayed. If store is tidy and organized customers will have more respect and wouldn’t displace items. It’s sad to see this beautiful store so degraded, some dollar stores are more organized and neater. It’s not fun to shop in this cluttered store even though some merchandise is beautiful and quality. When they clean up chaos l will shop there again, till then there are many stores that respect customers by neatly and nicely displaying their inventory to make shopping enjoyable.
