Horrible service at the cashier, my cashier's name was duriye and she wasn't refused to even bag our things and had an attitude through out. TJX is an amazing company but people like duriye will make sure I never come to this branch.
Love the place but I had already cashed out a lady with chin length hair and glasses asked me if I had already paid clearly I had a receipt in my hand. I was quite offended! And found it quite discriminating! There’s way addressing people without being offensive!
Excellent place to shop. It all depends on what you are looking for. Waiting in line wasn't too much. Customer service was ok, we've got wanted, felt satisfied and left. I will visit again.
HomeSense is a haven for home decor lovers. With stylish furniture, unique accents, and a wide selection of high-quality products, it's a dream come true. The store's well-organized layout and friendly staff make shopping a breeze. Affordable prices and a constantly changing inventory make HomeSense the ultimate destination for adding that perfect touch to your home. Don't miss it if you love interior design!
First time having a terrible customer service experience at a homesense location. I asked to put a large mirror aside because it doesn’t fit in the cart and I wasn’t done shopping, their associate refused to help me because they’re “closed” at 5PM when they close at 6PM! When I shared this with their manager she didn’t really care. I’ve never seen a store kick customers out over an hour before closing, horrible customer service and will never shop at this location.
Just left. 12 people lined up to cash out. 7 women were behind the counter: 2 working, 3 chatting in a circle, 1 on her phone, and one avoiding the counter at all cost, saying out loud “do I even need to be here? ” do you understand how many people are looking for jobs right now that would actually love to work for your company and this is what you are doing in regards to staff.
Super cute and they have an enormous variety. Just way too expensive but I think you can find what you're looking for 80% of the time. Checkout is a bit slow but they take care to package your items so that makes sense.
Not the best homesense I've been too but on average its okay. Recently it's been a lot more organized then previous times I've been there. On the upward for sure!
Great selection in this store and I find the people super helpful compared to other HomeSense stores. Not as busy as most other stores and lots of parking.
Always well stocked. Lately I feel like the product choices have gotten better. I believe this location in Clarkson has the best furniture options. We always get lucky finding something for the house.
All of the Homes sense stores seem to be barren. Lots of empty shelves, not much furniture. They must be changing the seasonal product lines or cannot get product across the boarders. Time will tell.
Poor experience returning two large rugs within 30 days of purchase to this location. I’ve never experienced this at any other Homesense. I was told they could not accept the return. When asked why I was told I had to return the rugs to the same location they were purchased (which was Oakville). Even the cashier questioned the manager on this. The manager went so far as the write instructions on my receipt to exception a return past 30 days. To this day I am still uncertain what value she thought she was offering. We all know store credit is offered past 30 days and I’m standing before you returning two items within 30 days. That day I walked out of Homesense Lakeshore and walked into another Homesense in Mississauga who gladly took my return without an issue. As a visible minority I duly noted the manner in which I was treated at this location and I have never returned.
The store still has some very good bargains and I really like their initiatives in protecting the public from covid. You must wear a mask before you are let in and another employee scans your temperature. One of the best store around for bargains as well as safety. You should check this place out.
Lots of different items. You have to really look to find items that are not damaged in some way. Other than that you can find unique items for your home here.
The store was clean, parking was ample and they always have nice items. I was hoping to find some after Christmas sales on some items I had seen before Christmas, but everything Christmas was GONE except for one clearance table that was slim pickings. I didn't buy anything today, but I do like the store and will return to shop another day.
Manager is a liar saying something just came in when it didn’t, the planter pot I was wanting to buy was scratched on the legs and she won’t offer a discount. Be very careful and look over the products as they are often damaged and require some attention.
This store is well organized with friendly service in compare with other stores in Mississauga. Staff is attentive and care. The cashering service is professional as they would check to ensure the commodity you buy is in good condition. They checked all six wine glasses one by one.
So many beautiful items that look like pieces of art. Absolutely gorgeous merchandise. Wondering around to find something to make your day is such a wonderful feeling.
Found 6 lamps that seemed perfect for my decor - though I think they're overpriced for the quality, some of the fittings verge on junky. However, if you have a loyalty card you have 30 days to get a full refund.
There are loads of great homewares at Homesense, at really reasonable prices. The main things I bought was lamps, cushions and throws. You can’t guarantee the stock they’ll have, but the product is lovely. For someone who doesn’t usually shop at outlets for clothing, I was really impressed and will go back.
Amazing staff and selection. What more do you ask from a great store. Will continue shopping here for all pieces for my home.
I like Homesense. Because of the business model, it's hit-and-miss most of the time and I've found some very beautiful things there. A while back I saw an area rug and took a photo to show my family but it was snapped up by the time I went back and they never did stock it again because they really just deal in one-offs. Two years later (on this visit) I was looking for induction cookware (no luck) but saw another area carpet. They said I could return it if it didn't work so I felt safe purchasing it. It looks like a keeper. Yay.
