Very large, clean store.unfortunately we got to this location shortly before closing time and we will have to come back again

Tl;dr “I can’t help you I’m going on my break, ask someone else”

I was here on Friday noon. I asked an associate to put an item on hold because line was at least half hour long.

She told me “I can’t help you I’m going on my break, ask someone else”

This location has great customer service.

Today Brianna helped me in the jewelry. She was super kind and very helpful, absolutely amazing.

Had a really bad costumer service experience the Associate at cash didn’t greet while returning making me very uncomfortable even though I was returning with my recite and while buying she didn’t even put my stuff in a bag or wrap and forget about the thanks horrible

I went to this location last Thursday (26th August) and I was very impressed.
I went mid morning and store was very clean and the shelves were packed up very nicely.
There were no lines to get it which was great. At the beginning of summer the lines were ridiculous and I never went.

There were lots of Fall and Halloween decor in stock.

The kids bedding area also had really good stuff and lots to choose from.

I never made it to the adult clothing sections as I did not go for clothing.
I did however look at some of the kids clothing and they had some cute selections but honestly I have seen better in the past.

I suggest going mid morning to avoid crowds and to enjoy nicely stocked shelves.

Fantastic shopping experience! Two stores in one with plenty of merchandise. Always clean and tidy with friendly service. I could spend hours in this location. Enjoy!

Got the perfect new dress for a mere $25. Prices are great. This store is always bringing in new stock too.

Good place to find random stuff for your house. My only problem is that there is a reason why the items end up in these places. Sometimes they are way too noticeable and sometimes you notice some days after the purchase (i.e. Scratched, not doing what it was expected in toys, cloth incorrectly sewed on benches, etc). I buy something if I cannot find issues with it and always keep my receipt in case I find the issue later

The manager is very rude. When I just asked general question about exchanges and refunds politely, she spoiled my mood with her very ignorant attitude and speaking. She didn't say anything to my question and just stared at the window for three minutes. I thought she was very sick or emotionally unstable or crazy. Her behavior was very unprofessional and inappropriate as a manager.

I could fight or protest because of her rude behavior, but I didn't because it was a waste of my time! She has no expertise.
I will report the complaint to HomeSense headquarters (TJX Canada;

Mississauga, ON L5R 0G1) along with the manager's name regarding today's issue.

The staff better than the manager really they should give them more training how they can talk & respect the customer

Best part is that home sense and winners are connected with same checkout counters. So you basically shop in two brands at once ;)

Even though there was a big line up it took us only 5 min to get inside.

Friends staff and clean and tide store.

The store is very clean but very bare. Shelves are half empty and quantities are minimal. The one thing that hasn't changed, the long check out lines!

Been here many many times, same experience as always. Staff are decently friendly, store is usually clean and organized. And every once in a while they’ll have some sales. Overall I would recommend this store.

One of my favorite places to go. Staff are great, managers are great. They work hard and care about customer service. I absolutely love this store, has everything I need for home and good quality products at great prices.

The home decor, kitchen/dining and furnishing side is GREAT with tasteful items options. Seasonal items are WONDERFUL! The bedding section can have more variety with color and mattress sizes i.e. Black, brown etc.vs grey and white mostly.

The store always has a good variety of items. With the covid stuff going on they were pretty organized and got through the changing rooms pretty quick. The cashier lines were pretty long but they moved fairly quickly. The store was very clean also.

Haters gonna hate. Are you really complaining about checkout times lol? This has to be the best Winners in west GTA and I have been frequently going to many stores. They always have more than enough merchandise in stock and I always end up picking something for me and my family. All the other Winners stores do not show interest in acquiring newer styled items and it shows with no waiting lines during checkouts.

The manager Shanon had the worst attitude, and did not know how to speak to customers. Very disrespectful, I will be contacting higher management to see what can be done about this horrible lady. Never coming back!

First time during the pandemic. Oakville Trafalgar was empty. Winners at North service rd was better stocked and very good service too.

I had the worst customer service experience returning items at this location. The cashier looked at every item, told me I cannot return and shoved them back at me. She asked me why I didn't return them at the same store (are they even allowed to question that?) l explained that I was in Oakville because I had to pick up my husband at work, it was convenient. I took my items back and still wanted to purchase the items I had picked up. The cashier stared me down the whole time I was using the debit machine. I never felt so humiliated.like I did something wrong! I called the store afterwards to share my experience and the person who picked up the call was very nice and asked me specifically who the cashier was. I gave the information from the receipt that I had and I hope that cashier receives consequences for her poor customer service. After reading other reviews, I understand that this is a common problem at this location, they need more customer service education for their staff. I would also like to take this experience to a higher level as I am still reeling from it. I won't be going to that location again and I definitely will never recommend it. Shopping is not only buying stuff, but is also the experience along with it and this place just doesn't give you a good experience.

Web site indicates they're are open. They're not, employees and friends only. Shouldn't even say they're open.

Not much in the store, bought a fancy set of headphones for my 9yr old and they broke before we even got in the door.

Such great customer service. The staff are willing to go above and beyond to help you meet your home decor goals

Thank you Leticia and Christian for helping me today. Excellent customer service. I bought a triptic that came attached and didn't fit in my car so they helped me by finding a screwdriver and unscrewing the attachment for me so I cold take it home. Thanks!

Homesense is my favourite place to shop, variety of things, home decor, furniture, kitchenware, bags, accessories, baby stuff, shoes, clothes, luggage, all with reasonable prices and much lower than anywhere else
I highly recommend it

Great place with some serious gems to find. Product always changes so you never really know at the time of going just like any other homesense but there are some great deals and products to find.

I like this branch. I can find everything that I want. There are many options for everything at a good price. The personnel are so friendly.

Winners. It's like a gold chest. You may, or may not anything good.

Terrible customer service. My mother purchased two mirrors and one slipped out of the cart and got cracked after she finished checking out. The manager refused to give any refund. They said it was my mom’s responsibility since she had already paid.

Did a return with cashier name Anita. She has a serious attitude problem. She made a face through out the whole transaction and was extremely rude. She needs to learn how to deal with cutomers.

This place is so great! When my wife is checking the clothing section, I always got a chance to check a furniture. It’s really big store full of different stuff. Especially before holidays it’s worth to visit 100%
And personal is so helpful, they will help you to carry your heavy furniture straight to your car!

I love the location. Besides the location, the quality of the product are lot better than other Home Sense.

Love the home decor stuff.beautiful pieces that don't feel mass made and for prices that are relatively reasonable.

Always able to find products at unbeatable prices.and take into consideration that these are brand name items. There home decor section is beautiful and filled with usable items. So much so that whenever my wife goes there I have to plead with her not to buy anything.
