Went to Homesense today for new linen.the service was fantastic special kudos to Laura O for answering any questions I had. Will definitely be shopping there again

This is by far the best Homesense store in the GTA. I visit several locations in Mississauga, Oakville and Toronto on a regular basis. This store consistently has the best stock, the best selection, and is the best organized. It also has longer hours than many of the Homesense stores. For example, this time I visited on Sunday, May 22nd and most of the local stores closed at either 5: 00 or 6: 00. But this location was open until 8: 00 p.m. It is rare that I leave here without something I really love in hand, and at a great price. The staff are always pleasant and they do their best to keep the store tidy. Being a long weekend, it was a little bit chaotic, but there were staff everywhere trying to put things back once customers left them somewhere they did not belong. Definitely a great store to visit when looking for anything home related or even just looking for ideas.

Sigh. I hate that I love this place so much. I get all sorts of home decor for a fraction of the cost compared to Michael's. Daaamm Youuuuu, Homesennnnnnse. I still love you

Wow this place is stocked with everything. The prices are amazing and the stock of larger pieces changes often. Definitely check it out for your home decor and other needs.

Really rude store manager. They don’t take returns in a month’s time and deduct money on returns. Also, they like to return money in cash and God knows who keep the deducted money.
The quality of their rugs is really bad.

Huge store with so much variety and new items every time I visit! Very well organized so you can compare options as you shop. As with all homesense locations double check for cracks or dents on items but I've been very satisfied with all the things I've bought here!

Always a fantastic selection to choose items from. Store is cleaned and enough space in aisles. Love this place!

Good variety of Christmas products, not as much as it was before covid 19. Otherwise there's quite a bit one can get for Christmas decorations and some of the regular products.

Big store with new items daily. Because is so busy selection is picked over. Some clearance items. Good carpet selection and can pay for it at back of store.

This is a nice place for home accessories, I like the new Christmas decorations that was in this weekend

I've noticed that their price had gone up significantly. Can't believe that Canadian Tire was cheaper than HomeSense on some utensils.

Unique and very beautiful items are available at HomeSense, for home decor to seasonal collection everything is available in reasonable prices.

I always love shopping at HomeSense! They have unique finds and a word of advice, if you find something that caught your eye, grab it before it's gone!

Go first thing in the morning, NOT after lunch. Extremely busy. Numerous people wore their masks below their noses and no one in the store approached them about placing their mask completely over their mouth and nose. I did not feel comfortable. All that said, I found what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. The staff were polite and helpful.

I have been shopping at this location for a few years now. The inventory is pretty standard across all locations but the staff are what have me coming back. The managers, associates and cleaning staff are beyond kind and I am a happy customer every time.

Great deals. Can’t wait for it to go back to normal. Covid has left the shelves a little on the bare side.

I looked everywhere for plain white bone china coffee mugs. They were so pricey everywhere including Amazon. I found perfect ones at HomeSense for a very reasonable $3.99 each. Very happy with HomeSense.

It’s a HomeSense. They’re basically all the same and jam packed with trendy current furniture and trinkets for your home.

Excellent stuff, cash counter staff are very friendly on all the home sense store no matter whatever location you visit

Staff is friendly. Liquid soap products no longer good quality and yet priced as if they were. Instead of olive oil based liquid soaps, they now have sodium laureth sulfate base and priced as high as olive based. It is a shame.

I love Home sense and I have bought a lot of stuff for it. But I have been at this location twice and every time they gave me hard time! Both times I was getting a piece of furniture and I asked the lady to put the furniture at the cashier as I didn’t want to lose it and she told me we cannot do that unless you are buying it and I told her yes I’m buying it but I am still shopping and I can not carry them with me! But she refuses to do that! Then I found another staff there and he was a nice man and he said sure and he did with no problem! The same thing happened before I don’t know they are just lazy or they don’t know their job! And the both times were a lady! Even after getting the furniture they didn’t wrap it for me or they didn’t offer me to wrap the furniture and it’s raining so bad! And the furniture was behind some other furnitures at the front and I had to ask them to remove other furnitures so I can get to mine! And I asked another man staff to wrap it for me!

Love walking through this store. Sometimes I just run over to go through the store to feel happy and then I end up picking something up, prices are great.

I have survived multiple HomeSense trips with my girlfriend. We shop here regularly picking up new festive decorations every season. I've learned my escapes and have never felt trapped here. Thanks for helping me survive shopping with my significant other.

One of my favourite places to go! Staff are great, managers are great. They work hard and care about customer service.

I can spend hours in this store and not get bored

Very disappointed. Shopped here last night and lost all of the stuff we were about to purchase. It took us an hour to grab most of the stuff we needed when my boyfriend left our cart not far away from where we were and it was all gone when we went back to grab our cart. Ask one of the sales associates but wasn't as helpful because they started to announce closing the doors soon. I wasn't too happy about doing all that effort and coming home empty handed for our Christmas decoration project.

Well kept location, and we'll run. The lines are short and the staff are available and willing to help. We especially love the manager Basia, who was so considerate and reasonable when we had needed her help with a purchase. She also personally looked after us to make sure that enough staff were called to help load our furniture into our car with care. With management like that, it's no surprise that the entire attitude of the store is so positive!

There's a reason this Homesense is always busy - it's the BEST Homesense in the GTA! The selection is great and constantly changing. If you see something you love buy it.it may not be there if you go back for it later. The Queensway store also carries Prive items so you'll find high-end, one of a kind and designer items on occasion.

HomeSense have a lot of home decoration that you can’t find somewhere else in the market. Good place for browsing and find little surprises.

So busy on Sundays.but what I really like about this place is you never know what you might find on any given day, and who doesn't love surprises!
