Homesgate Rentals made my move to a new country so much easier by removing the stress of finding somewhere to live and then having to furnish it. The room came fully furnished with a private bathroom, inclusive of bedding, towels and a work station. The kitchen also came fully equipped, making it easy to purchase groceries and cook my meals.
The ability to rent on a month to month basis allowed me time to adjust to the city and focus on other business of settling down.
Eugene is an absolutely awesome host.so friendly, so helpful and down to earth. He was always willing to share advice based on his experiences living in the city.

Great location (banks, winners, pharmacy, second cup, bakeries, lcbo and grocery are <5 mins walk away), amazingly well maintained property, a very receptive and supportive management team - I think this place is perfect. I've been using Homesgate for the past couple of months, and I'm entirely enjoying my stay. The booking process was seamless and didn't bind me to a long-term contract, which would put me at a disadvantage if I ever wanted to move to a different place. The property was exactly as described, clean, well equipped, and well maintained. The cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks and takes care of the shared areas. The host is always welcoming, courteous, respectful, and helpful. For example, since I'm not used to the cold Canadian weather, I was offered my own electric heater that the house bought and brought me.

Overall, I think it's one of the best renting experiences I've had so far and would definitely recommend using Homesgate rentals.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Homesgate Rental and their studio apartment accommodations. From the beginning, Gene, the host was fantastic and approachable. When I was transitioning out of my Airbnb, Gene responded promptly to my messages and made the move-in process smooth. The fully furnished studio apartment, included a parking spot, had all the amenities I needed, and the kitchen was well equipped with new cooking utensils, cookware, an air fryer, kettle, microwave, and stove.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and provided enough storage space. The bed was comfortable and it was easy coordinating laundry machine usage in other units. One of the highlights was the peaceful and clean environment of the quiet neighborhood, making coming home from a long day of work a joy.

The location couldn’t have been any better, with the subway station just a short walk away, a grocery store, shopping center and several cute local bagels shops around the corner. Yonge Street is not too far away to enjoy local restaurants that offer a variety of dining experience.

I extended my short-term rental because of Gene’s hospitality as he is very helpful, responsive, and accommodating the numerous extension requests. Gene was quick to address any concerns and inform me in advance of any maintenance work.

This place was a dream come true for me- right at the Harbor front. Gene welcomed me with a warm smile and a generous heart, and made sure I had everything I needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. The apartment is a delight to the eye, with tasteful decorations and spotless cleanliness. It had all the comforts of home and more like 24x7 concierge, state of the art gym, swimming pool etc. I moved from India and wanted something for a short term but I decided to extend my stay with Homesgate Rentals for long term because of the way Gene treats and helps. Moving to new new country and city wss smooth for me because of this and it feels very safe too. The location is ideal - serene and tranquil yet a very happening place.which I love the most.
