I ordered my air-conditioner via Costco and had it installed by Homestar. The sales rep, Ivan, is very helpful and explains everything (product and service procedures) clearly. I highly recommend the service provided by Homestar.

I would like to fix my review. I gave this company One star however this is not the company we used. We used Home star lead generation company. I meant to remove my review however I was not able to. Thanks to HomeStar for doing an excellent job installing my furnace, your expertise and knowledge of heating systems are impressive and greatly appreciated. I selected HomeStar from the list of providers not only because my relative referred this company to me but also HomeStar install furnace on behalf of Costco. I feel more comfortable if there is any issue, I can go back to Costco.

HomeStar installed a new Lennex furnace for my home this January 2023 (#106698). The sales manager explained clearly the right system for me and answered all the questions I had.in my case, it is difficult to run the pipe in the finished basement plus the furnace is far away from the outside wall. The sales manager and their installer made an extra effort, they came a day before the installation, discussed with me the best and worse scenarios what would happen, on the day of installation, the installer did it in the way of difficult for him to do the job but better for me, the results exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for your professionalism and thank you for your hard work and excellent service.

The installation of my new furnace & humidifier (106224) was well done. The techs cleaned up after themselves and laid down carpet so they didn’t drag dirt into the house, as they went back and forth from their van. The units they installed have been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now and the house is much better heated than my prior unit. I was happy dealing with the sales rep, Cormac, as well. He was knowledgeable and responsive. Homestar Heating work directly with Costco so they r also endorsed by them. Time will tell, but for now, they delivered on what they said they would do.

We had a great experience with HomeStar! This was the first time we needed to buy a furnace, and Cormac walked us through everything. He answered all of our questions and made everything very clear. There was also no pressure to purchase anything during our first meeting.

The installation was also very easy. Everything was done in one day and the installers were friendly and helpful.

We found HomeStar through Costco, and we 100% recommend their services. We will likely go back to them with future upgrades to our home.

The sales person, Ivan gave very professional advice for AC system. The installation was done well per my husband.surely will recommend friends to them.

Leon was able to help diagnose and fix an issue with our furnace. On time, and explained what the issue was and how to fix it.

I was quite impressed with Leon who came in to check my HVAC unit and provided a written quote, brochures and recommendations to replace my analog thermostat and air filter size from 14x20 to 16x25. I was very impressed with the installers, Aneal and Saif for a great job in installing the HVAC unit in such a tight space. They were professional, clean and worked as a team to ensure they were done within the timeframe provided. The A/C is working well along with the new thermostat. Thank you HomeStar Heating & Air Conditioning for providing the best service in partnership with Costco. I also had the pleasure to connect with Leon after the installation for additional questions. He was very responsive and I highly recommend these guys.

Tommy Duong was great! Really excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Installation team were excellent. They did an amazing job. Fantastic service all around and very highly recommended.

This company have false advertisement and the leads they charge you, for is absolutely fake, none of them basicslly is the true leads, they charge you about $400 month, I am planning to take them to the court, Specially in pandemic that Government is helping people to survive there are these companies out there to stele people's money? I won't let that happened
