It's so unfortunate when you are being told that you would receive a call from them yet not being called when promised still the next day not being called its just so hard to imagine and you are still waiting for thier replay and also when you go still being told no accept any person currently

I filled out all the necessary forms and paid my fees to renew my PR Card. However, unfortunately, my application was never received. I reached out to the office of Hon. Ahmed Hussen, MP - York South-Weston, and they promptly contacted the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship about my situation. I finally received my PR Card recently. I am extremely grateful to the office, especially to Liudmyla Kosenko, who incredibly handled my case. Liudmyla kept me updated regularly about my case and followed up with the CIC. I could not be happier with my results. I got my working permit which is delayed for months and I asked help from Hon. Ahmed Hussen's office and gladly his team is so welcoming and helpful. I am Glade to be part of this community and I would like to appreciate for your service. Especial appreciation to Liudmyla Kosenko, she provide me continuous update and direction.weldone our office.

Went multiple times and requested help with our situation, everytime they said they would contact us the next day, but they never did. Visited them a third time to follow up and they never answered the door

Friendly staff and always on top of everything when it comes to helping their constituents. My spousal sponsorship application was delayed and they dealt with IRCC and sort it out in a couple of weeks. If it was not for them, I wouldn’t get my application done.

A clown. There is nothing honorable about this MP who sits back and does nothing to address Canada's Housing crisis. This MP is a landlord himself and the bottom line is, he only cares about himself and has stated he does not want to hurt "mom and pop investors", meaning himself. Well your highness, investors like you are part of the reason we are in this crisis, hoarding homes so that others can't even have a fair chance of ever owning their own home. Homes are for living. Shame on you.

If I could add 100 extra stars I would. I was having a very difficult time with my immigration situation, and Mohamed not only helped me, he made my dreams come true. This office is full of hard working and generous people, who care about you and who will go above and beyond to advocate for you. Mohamed took my problems and dealt with them as if they were his own. He was always quick to answer phone calls or emails and never left me hanging for days/weeks. I cannot say enough good things about Mohamed, this office and their people, and I do not know how I could ever repay him for all the help he gave me just from the kindness of his own heart. Thank you for everything, and I wish you nothing but happiness.

Crying Tears of Joy right now. Thank you so much Hon. Hussen and assistance Shadia Mursal for the efforts, I can't believe that after a week seeking help from the office that my Immigration situation was solved. I am finally going to see my baby boy after so long years of stress and headaches.

I have now written his office four times, without one single reply. I don't need an answer from Mr. Hussen himself, but am frustrated that no one in his office is willing to address my concerns.

Thank you Ahmed for all the work you do for us. Your staff is lovely and very caring. Thank you to your team keep up the good work! Special thanks to Muhammad for assisting me with my old age security.

Mr. Hussen's office was quick to meet and discuss with me issues regarding Service Canada and CRA. Joshua assisted on a Friday morning after I wrote to Mr. Hussen's office Thursday evening. Joshua's followed up the entire day and was extremely helpful in kick starting my request with government officials. The remaining part of the process weeks later was taken up by Mohamed whom I met at Mr. Hussen's office (socially distanced). Mohamed was extremely helpful in assisting me as well.

Both representatives of Mr. Hussen's office were professional, listened to the problem and despite competing issues attended to my requests. They were personable and easy to speak with. They made themselves available by email and phone assisting when needed. Mr. Hussen has an excellent team that looks after his constituents.

Excellent service but please pickup telephone, staffers never pick phone. Could given 5 if phones were answered.

My neighbourhood has been dealing with extreme train noise behind our houses for a while and each time ive called ive found the reception to be pleasant and they have taken the time to listen to my concerns. They also followed up which was a nice surprise! Im hopeful and optimistic that MP Hussen's office will assist us in finding some kind of a solution.

Person answers phones not maybe suitable to work for politicians!

Totally disrespectful to constituents. Calls and emails are never returned. When you call, the answering machine says to call the same number to speak to someone. You can't even make this stuff up.

Constituency office does not return calls in a timely manner. They do not follow up on files. It's like they don't care. Extremely disappointed with this MP's office.

I am disappointed that this office doesn't touch base with people for anything. Calls not returned, emails being ignored. I wonder if this office is actually serving the people or themselves. I am left in complete despair as no one is available to answer my questions. We need an MP who yields to the needs of the people. It is almost impossible to meet with our MP in office. So how do we get served if our questions cannot be answered; calls and emails are falling on deaf ears?

Our current politicians are the worst, they don't bother to answer emails with important questions.

My husban and i were at his office we still did not meet him after a few appointments his staff are helpful and friendly at all and we don't want to expense time talking how helpful we are very disappointed to their service
