I'm delighted to share a positive review for Jigar at the restaurant. Jigar provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. His attention to detail and promptness made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We look forward to returning and having Jigar assist us again.
Not the best. Chaat is below average. We tried lot of stuff. Dahi puri was worst. Bhelpuri still okay. Try bhakdi pizza if you like lots of cheese. Pao bhaji is okay. Chowmein is good. Cheese chutney sandwich has tons of cheese but zero flavour. Manchow soup was extremely spicy. Pulao okay.
Very good option for veg food. Pav bhaji and dosa are amazing. Dont go for masala pav bhaji it is with a lot of masala and spice. The reguler is much better.
Sharing a very bad experience we had at Honest Restaurant Brant street an hour back. Awful service, impolite staff and inexplicable wait times. Not worth time and money. A few snippets: 1. Served 1 bhatura for a plate worth CAD 13. When asked the standard is at least 2 for this price, they simply said we have no idea. 2. Billing took 15 minutes and they added an item which we not ordered (lachcha paratha). When asked to rectify they didn’t even apologize and took another 10 mins to rectify the issue. 3. Families go out to enjoy food together. But here each member’s order was served with so much lag, it spoiled all the fun.
One of the few Indian street food options in Burlington. Taste is good, worth the money. However, food and service could both be improved a lot, especially the serving sequence wherein they bring orders on a table in such long intervals that would make any group awkward (whether to start or wait for other's orders - trust me, there may be a gap of 10-15 min between your orders, so its a difficult choice to make lol). Staff is friendly and excellent, food on some occasions didn't meet expectations, we have been here 3-4 times already. Would probably go again, only because of lack of similar options in the area.
The Bahubali sandwich was incredible. I will definitely return to try as much of the menu as I can. Wonderful to see these kinds of options popping up in Burlington over the last few years.
I have been here quite a few times and always had a good experience. Have tried their Pav Bhaji, North Indian curries, Dosas and Chinese food in my visits. Pav bhaji and North Indian curries are the best.
Tried their special pavbhaji and vadapav. I have been a fan of Honest restaurant in India and was always our go to place. However, this place disappointed with the food. It wasn't close to honest's standard. Overall it was okay, but didn't meet my expectations.
Everybody was super nice, but the waiting times were painfully long. We walked in and asked if they do take-away, they said yes (with no warning of the wait). We waited one hour for two dishes. The food was okay, but it didn't make up for the lack of communication and long wait times.
A plesant place to go for Indian snacks mostly available in Gujarat. Hospitality was good and atmosphere and food quality is similar to Honest of Ahmedabad.
I am giving 2star for service. Food is okay we ordered Honest Special pulav which took them 1.5 hours to serve. Paneer butter masala was burnt and tasted bitter also had clay like particles in there. Naan took them 1.5hr to serve. Masala dosa was very testy however we were not provided with cutlery until we asked it for 5 times. Bhakhri pizza was ok. Chutney puri is waste of money. Chilli garlic noodle tasted like burnt oil. And above all we waited there for almost two hours to get food. Extremely disappointed.
