Walked in and instantly regretted it. Forget about any type of acknowledgment from staff even though they are just standing around doing nothing. Will not be spending my money at this location.

I was on a hunt for a simple dress for a wedding. The lady who assisted me with trying on multiple dresses (approx. 10) was patient and didn't rush me when I was having trouble finding a style.
I left with a beautiful dress which she picked out for me.
Each time I have gone into this location, the employees have been helpful and friendly.

As a curvier gal I appreciate that the employee brought me dresses in the size I required as other Honey locations will purposefully bring smaller sizes to their customers. (For some reason)

My sister was in the store today…. Stores EMPTY, three girls chit chatting and not one offered help. When she asked for help they said “it should be there” and continued their own thing. Won’t go back.

Had a horrible experience at this location. I had the intention of buying a pair of denim I had tried on in a previous location. When I walked in I noticed there was an employee at cash looking down and an employee near the back of the store. No one greeted me, however I continued to look around. All of a sudden the employee with the accent signals her co-worker and abruptly says out loud that she’s “invisible”. She then points to me and they continue to talk about me at cash out loud so that I can hear. (Mostly about how I’m this & that) Not once was I approached and after that horrible interaction, I decided to leave the store. I will never be going into this location again. I understand retail and customer interactions myself as I also am a Manager at one of the stores, however I’ve never been in a store that dehumanizes their customers.

Great service from 1 young employee here. She wasn't pushy, she assisted me in trying MULTIPLE dresses (think: five), gave me honest advice and recommendations.really happy with my purchase and appreciated her help. Will definitely be back and they need more salespeople like her! She wasn't stuck up like a lot of employees who usually work in stores like these (like M boutique too) - instead was patient and helpful.

My fiancée liked the store. Reasonably priced women's clothing, especially since there was a sale ;) They had a nice variety of younger women's clothing. Promenade Mall is also very nice!

I went to this store looking for a nice dress for my grade eight graduation. I took 3 dresses with me into the change room to try it on. One of my friends asked if I needed help with the zipper and i declined. A rude worker walked by and said in a condescending tone "Be careful with the zippers because they're very delicate". Excuse me you have no right to say that. I was a little shocked but continued trying on dresses as i was trying them on I heard at least 3 of the women working there complain how almost everyone in this store is going to stretch out their dresses and they'll have to restock. Completely unacceptable, inappropriate and disrespectful. That whole store that you insulted is your customers that are going to be paying you. Keep your opinions to yourself. And from reading some of the other reviews this isn't the first these people have insulted the customers and whispered to each other about them.

The staff don't acknowledge your presence until you are actually holding a piece of clothing in your hand so they know you may potentially be spending money in their store. Expecting some form of greeting is apparently unreasonable in this store - even from management. The vibe in the store is tense and passive aggressive, the staff avoid eye contact with their guests and management acts as if it is beneath them to speak to the customers as it is the sales staff job. Their clothes are decent but are cheap quality - one of their main brands "Chelsea" is a knock off of Sirens, some of their dresses are IDENTICAL to the ones sold at Sirens, except Honey sells it for over 5 times the price. Also their change rooms at this location are absolutely filthy and not a single one has a mirror inside of it, meaning you have to come out into the store to see what you look like in their clothes and have the sales girls stare you down and have someone's husband or boyfriend stare at you while waiting for their wife/girlfriend to finish trying on clothes. They have potential to be a beautiful chain of stores that sell feminine and eye catching clothing if they made some minor adjustments in their store physically, and major adjustments in their attitudes. Do better Honey, you have potential.

Bought a dress for someone as a gift. She didn't like it so I tried to exchange for something else in the store. She said "sure" and gave me 5 days and when I came back to change it, she said it's worn even tho I had it sitting in my car for the 2 days inbetween. She was apparently the "area manager" her name was "Danielle". Her customer service is horrible and she likes to promise people things she can't do. She needs to be retrained. I will definately not return to honey and if I do i will only go to the locations where I don't have to see her.
