Honey - Bayview

I felt extremely rushed and overwhelmed shopping here. Employees seemed a little bit rude and I felt I had no space for myself to think or look at items through. They want to convince you to buy there items ASAP.

I went today to this store to change the clothes I got as a gift.
Lena was working she didn’t do it and asked me if I had the original receipt that was given on purchase. This was unnecessary as she only needed a phone number and the proof of payment would show up. She made me leave the store for three hours until I got the receipt and when I came back, she was gone and Atoosha was there working. She was very nice, polite and helpful, and she didn’t ask for the receipt as she knew it was unnecessary. She showed good customer service while Lena was rude and wasted most of my day.

Lovely staff, helpful and fun. Found several dresses here, great for weddings or special occasions!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bayview honey. Nishan helped me to find the perfect outfit for my birthday party. She was really friendly and gave good advice!

I had to get a dress for a dance and Tish helped me pick the perfect one easily. I was really impressed with honey @ Bayview:)

Great store, and helpful staff. I was helped by a tall woman here who understood that I was buying my girlfriend a surprise outfit from her favourite store. Thank you again great team for helping a guy walk in and figure this out for my girlfriend.

I went to honey fairly recently and bought a dress. The quality wasn’t good and I doubt this is anything remotely ethical, but nothing in this store ever is. However, it looked pretty nice on me and it’s thanks to a young girl there who was a new hire named Franciska. Normally the workers at honey are unkind, pushy, and give terrible recommendations so I’ve been reluctant to buy anything. But she gave me a great recommendation, and was so friendly and actually knew how to do her job. There is hope for this store.

I bought a skirt and top from this store on the day of my birthday. On getting home and wearing the skirt my friends noticed some tears on the skirt and it happened because the sales associate only used one wrapping paper for the packaging rather than two. I had to look for something else to wear for my party. Imagine the disappointment. I took the skirt back today and explained everything to the manager and she was rude about it not helpful. Despite taking the same top and placing it on the skirt to show how their packaging damaged the skirt. She kept saying she wouldn’t have packed it like that when she wasn’t even the one who attended to me on the day or was even working on the day I bought it.
I wasted $85 for a skirt I can’t wear anywhere.
This store location as really bad customer service. Don’t waste your time go to Yorkdale honey

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased a dress and skirt here in December. The dress looked ok in the store and the shop girls convinced me to buy it. When I got home and tried it on, I was really unhappy with it so I decided to go back and exchange it for something else 2 days later. When I tried to exchange, I was told that they did not exchange or refund dresses. After looking at the receipt carefully, it did in fact say it. However, I feel like a zero return/exchange policy is something that should CLEARLY be stated before a product is sold. At NO POINT, did anyone tell me this, nor was there any clear sign indicating this. Had I known, I might not have purchased the dress but I suppose that is their intention. I emailed my concerns about the policy to Honey’s customer service to gave some suggestions (that they at least inform customers as part of their policy) and three months later I have yet to receive any reply. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP AT HONEY. I will not be shopping at any of their locations in the future.

Unprofessional service! MURSAL is super unprofessional and I would never go back this location anymore I suggest you guys to watch out for this angry rude person name MURSAL and she called herself a manager. After spending over 1000$ this is what kind of service this LoCation will give you! Self yourselves and never go there.

Really cute party clothes. Shopped here for a new years outfit, and the sales rep helping me was initially very attentive. I'm typically very indecisive and sensitive about my body, so it takes me a while to figure out what suits me. The sales rep basically told me everything looked amazing on me, which I realised was her way of getting me to just spend money. She quickly became visibly annoyed when a friend popped by to give me an opinion on a dress (which she was pushing me to get- and thankfully I didn't go through with, as it was inappropriate for the party I was attending). She then proceeded to aggressively ask for me to return the clothes I was trying on, so much as going into my change room while I was looking in the mirror. They kept telling me they had to remove the clothes since they have no hangers, and don't want the clothes lying around (which begs me to ask, why don't you have hooks or room for hangers in the change rooms?). It eventually became really aggressive tug of war, where the manager and the sales rep started hovering over me and entering my change room to remove the clothes (even though I myself was returning every item I had decided against). I ended up buying a black cocktail dress I was happy with, but I was on the verge of quitting my quest because of the aggressive and impatient sales service. Really recommend the sales staff tone it down -there was no happy medium between the overly helpful and pushy attitude at the beginning and the visible annoyance and aggressive attitude at the end. The girl who cashed me out however, was very helpful and kind, but it didn't appear she was one of the reps pushing the dresses down the customer's throats in the fitting rooms.

Very disappointing that Honey only carries clothing to size medium. Really?
The staff don't seem to care.but I wonder if the owner does.
I'm a size 10 and they choose not to carry clothing for anyone larger than a size 6.

They didn’t have anything that fit me and I’m a size 8. The main brand they carry only has sizes XS, S, and M, which is usually my size but not so here. It’s so depressing to see stores still promoting unrealistic body standards to young girls in 2019.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and snobby. Nice clothes (expensive though) but the negative energy made me stay away.

I visited this store two weeks ago. There’re Perpetrators Gang Stalking working in that store. I was a Target Individual victim at that store and through out the mall. Let’s stop these kind of people by calling them out in public.
