Great school for learning practical tips outside of what's in the MTO handbook. Zack was my instructor and he helped me a lot with navigating traffic in Toronto and how to be a safe driver. I passed my G2 exam because of him and I am planning to enroll for some full G license.

Zia was my instructor for the G exam. I drove for the first time on the highway during our lessons and I was able to pass my exam on the first try! He is always on time, the lessons are very thorough, any questions you have are answered and you go into the exam fully prepared. I fully recommend Honours Driving School and Zia as an instructor.

I had Zack as my instructor. I had never driven before in my life until the first class with him. He was always gentle, positive and helpful with lots of tips and advice. He assured me that more practice always makes perfection and I would be able to get my G2 as soon as I was ready. Every class finished with his points out with certain things that I needed to focus on more practicing—this is how we learn and improve. After about ten classes with him, of course I got my G2. The examiner complimented my driving a lot saying there is nothing to talk about and my driving was really good. Zack taught me the tricky parts about the road test on the way to the test, which was super helpful. I’m going to take full G prep classes with him again.

I recently had drivers lessons with Zia in preparation for my G2 exit test. Going in, I was pretty nervous and out of practice (hadn’t driven in over a year) but he is a great instructor and really focuses on building your confidence and ensuring you know the rules of the road, both essential for passing your test and bettering your driving skills in the long run. I also had a pretty tight timeline for taking lessons before my test and they were able to accommodate me for multiple lessons. Their downtown location is perfect and convenient- if you can drive downtown you can handle driving anywhere! Would highly recommend Honours Driving School!

I took my G2 license and passed the first time with Honours Driving about four years ago.

I chose Honours Driving for the great feed back I had read here on Google.

Back then (before the COVID-19 happened), my in-class (yes, it was not on-line yet) and driving instructor was ZIA.

It was a privilege and an opportunity to learn from Honours Driving School’s best instructor.

I love the fact that ZIA sets a very high bar for safe driving standard. Every minute you spend listening to his instruction is time and money very well spent.

ZIA is the best driving instructor! PERIOD.

If not for COVID-19 pandemic the last two years or so, I would have come back sooner for my G-License.

With COVID-19 situation getting better recently, I finally came back, and took driving lessons for my G-License, again with ZIA.

Today, I got my G-License on my first attempt, like my G2. I owe it all to the mighty “Vin Diesel” of driving instructions, ZIA.

ZIA has an unrivalled passion and dedication for teaching his students the proper and safe way to drive on the road. Let’s face it, driving a vehicle is a very big responsibility. Driving safely is first and foremost.

For all incoming future students, if you decide to enroll with Honours Driving School, all instructors teach the same principle on safe driving. When you’re taking driving lessons, please pay close attention to every word and advice from your instructor. That’s paramount to your success.

If ZIA takes you as his student, please make sure that when you’re driving on the streets of Toronto, avoid the pot holes, LOL!

Seriously, just listen carefully to all his comments and “tips” that he shares with you.

ZIA cares a lot about his student’s success.

Never take it personal if your driving instructor points out your driving mistakes. I’ve also had a share of my own driving faults and I made improvements because of those constructive comments. Take them in a positive sense and use them to make your driving skills better.

That’s what I love about ZIA. He’s not lenient on his students. He will point out areas on your driving that need to improve and in doing so he makes sure you are ready when the day comes for your driving test.

I have been taking refresher driving lessons with Zia, at Honours Driving School. He is excellent! He's thorough, patient, honest, with clear, calm instructions & corrections. He understands instinctively where his student is at, and how to deal with them. I can't believe how much more confident and capable I am after only 3 lessons!

Update: I needed to book lessons for my G test. I called to give them the date and see if they could accommodate me. The person on the phone said yes and told me that they would send me the info to pay by text. She never texted me, so after a couple of days I called back, no answer. I emailed them and still no answer. It’s been a week. If you can’t provide lessons, say so. Very unprofessional and unreliable. My husband also had the same experience a year ago. I don’t know if they changed manager or something else, but a waste of time. Luckily, I was able to book with iDrive. Way better service.

Today I took my G2 test and passed on the first try! I had an amazing instructor, Zia. He was knowledgeable, calm, and polite. Before taking the course, I had never driven before, I had literally never touched a car before. Zia taught me all I needed to know and more. Most importantly, he teaches you to be safe and he will be honest with you about how ready you are for the test. I will be taking lessons for my G license with him too. Also, my husband will be his next client! I highly recommend the school and Zia.

Outstanding experience with Honours Driving School, just passed my G2 test today on my first try. They are great at scheduling the driving lessons and always on time. Being able to drive in a brand new Toyota Corolla was very comfortable during the lessons.

I took lessons with the instructors Zack and Najib. They were both very kind and patient instructors. Thanks to them and Honours Driving School I was able to pass my G2 with flying colors on my first attempt. I found Zacks tips and formulas on the different parking types to be extremely useful as I was able to get the same outcome every time by simply following it step by step. I just passed my G2 road test after having lessons with Zack, who is a fantastic teacher! I previously took lessons at a different (and very well-known) driving school, which gave me nothing but anxiety and terrible feelings about driving in general. A friend recommended me to come to Honours instead. After the first few lessons with Zack, my negative emotions about driving disappeared and I found myself actually enjoying it. My instructor was Zia who is very knowledgeable and patient and took me through all the maneuvers practically and provided enough quality practice to be confident while driving. I paid for Package 2 and my instructor was Zia. He was very kind and made me feel very comfortable when driving with him. I have had great experience with Honours. Zack was my driving instructor for both G2 and G (almost three years apart). I signed up for in class and road lessons for G2 three years ago. Zia was my in class instructor and Zack gave me road lessons. I passed that in 2019. I called Zack again for my full G and I just finished my test and passed in first attempt.

Zack also taught my wife for G2 which she passed couple of months ago. All in all great experience. Recommended.

I just got my G2 thanks to the Honours Driving School! My instructor was Zack who is great! He is very patient and explains everything extremely well; he helped me perfect my parking skills and shared very helpful driving tips. Driving classes are 1,5 hours long which is very convenient, especially if you don’t live close by. Will definitely continue classes with Zack to get my full G. 100% recommend!

He is patient, with excellent communication, always on time, gives you clear instructions and makes you practice the different parking techniques till you perfect it!
Just got my G2 license - I was asked to parallel park in my test and while half way through the parking my test instructor says “seems like you are a professional. Let’s just go ahead”. I didn’t even have to complete my parallel parking because the technique was observed and was on point thanks to Zack!

Even though I've driven outside Canada for years, I still needed the help with all the rules of the street that I wasn't familiar with. I registered with Honors Driving School and I was lucky to have Zac as my instructor.
