Honsberger Estate Winery, Restaurant and Event Venue

We got married at Honsberger this September and couldn’t have dreamed up a better location. It is such a whimsical and beautiful spot, it truly makes for a magical day. Amelia and the rest of the Honsberger group are so wonderful to work with and work with you to ensure the day is everything you hoped of. And a plus the food is AMAZING! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the venue, they made our wedding unforgettable.

I've been here 7 times.the last 2 times the service was not great and the food quality has changed. Was one of my favourite places until now. Very disappointed, having to flag people down for service.

Beautiful property. We came here just for a tasting and unfortunately we were not impressed. I believe this was the only place of the many we visited in the week that charged up front for the tasting ($20 each and the guilt inducing tip screen that begins at 18%). We were given no description of the two tastings we sampled on the patio out front and it was one of the few places we walked away from without buying at least a bottle because it was not to our taste.

Let me cut to the chase: The pizza is the star of the show. We had The Papa pizza (my mom cried hearing about its inception) and The Fun Guy pizza and they were literally perfect. The steak & frites were also cooked perfectly. The drinks were great as well (all of their wine is dry — even the white wine. That includes the Riesling) ; I had a fantastic Aperol Spritz. The ambiance was again great — there was live music for Canada day and they had fans blowing water to cool us all down. Super good! Will be going back

What a feast. The dinner done by Aarambh on April 4 at the winery restaurant. The innovation and taste of the Indian food was amazing. Waiting for the next pop by aarambh at the winery.

Fantastic. Lunch was amazing. Their sour dough bread in the store front is so delicious.

Stopped for lunch - such an awesome, cozy spot. Food was spectacular! Enjoyed the bread, soup and arancini:)

What a beautiful, cozy winery. Had a great tasting, with a lovely lady Rosie, who took great care of us. The food is really good, a great place to have lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is so beautiful, rustic with all charm. Can't wait to go back with friends.

Beautiful location, delicious.spices were on point, everything was flavourful and filling. I'm more of a red wine fan, and there wasn't a lot of options for that, but the ambiance and food was worth the visit.

Lovely setting, nice relaxing restaurant and good food. A wonderful place for a birthday celebration.
