Hope helped me in many ways.started seeing her back in March 2021 I had fillers before and wasn't a great turn out. She was able to fix my issue and created my dream lips that I am proud of with fillers and lip flip. I have always had little to no lips and thanks to Hope I'm now able to wear lipstick with confidence. The best is when I get compliments on my lips.something I never expected in my life! Highly Recommend! I've also been getting microneedling for my large pores and acne scares and OZ fascial. I always leave feeling youthful and refreshed! Thank you Hope for keeping me Beautiful!

Hope’s aesthetic injectables training was a game-changer. Her expertise was evident from the get-go, guiding me through techniques with clarity and patience. As usual, I had an excellent experience at Hope Cosmetics today! I did microneedling with Hope. She is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to walk me through my service and ask if I am doing okay.

I’m beyond disappointed that I’m in this position to write a negative review about Hope Cosmetics. I’ve been with Hope since she worked out of her basement in her home. I’ve brought many friends to her for services. I’ve been hearing quite frequently that Hope is a “mean girl”, not inclusive, and unprofessional. Her current and past staff have also told me that she is quick to become defensive, disrespectful, and unethical in the treatment that she provides her clients such as not following Canadian Health guidelines and/or increasing the units of injectables based on her goals of revenue during that time. I now can share my negative experience to date.

On Thursday Sept 21st, 2023, I completed my intake for services with Hope online. I was surprised to see that I had to enter my credit card information prior to completion of my intake document. Prior to this appointment I had to provide a deposit that would be surrendered should I cancel prior to 48 hours notice. I entered in my credit card and was promptly charged over $550 for no reason at all. I was told that this was an error with the app that they are now using and was refunded immediately. I received a picture that disclosed other clients names and information (which is a significant breach of privacy please see picture posted) as proof that my refund had gone through. I was told I was allowed to attend my appointment the next day however, I would not be allowed book in the future unless I enter my credit card information to a program that charged me for a significant payment. I explained to Hope that this is unfair to me. I didn’t trust her app for bookings, and have always attended all my appointments promptly. Hope offered complimentary Botox services. I thought this was a very generous offer. I took her up on it and provided my availability. Two days later she advised that she did not have any appointments the following week. I called into her receptionist who advised Hopes ample available schedule that week. I told Hope that I knew she was not being truthful around her availability for the week I requested. Hope advised that now my complimentary service had conditions such as only 20 units and at one specific time. There are so many other spa services out there that will appreciate your loyalty, provide trustworthy and excellent service. Do not waste your money here ladies. It’s not worth the high school drama.

My skin is SO BAD, from acne, to scaring, to redness. My skins so sensitive, and always angry.

I got Chantelle and she was SO AMAZING she made me feel so comfortable, and loved. I was nervous but she talked me through everything! I’ve never had a facial before and it was amazing start to finish. My skin already looks / feels so much better! It’s insane. I even left with products that she recommended to help my skin at home. This company overall was amazing and the atmosphere was so comforting. I can’t wait to go again!

I visited hope cosmetics today for a facial by Alexis! The clinic was absolutely beautiful, clean and everyone was super friendly. Alexis took her time, made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the service she was providing. I booked on a promotional day, where the facial was 50% off and included a little goodie bag at the end! As a mom I don’t treat myself often but this was EXACTLY what I needed. 5 stars is not enough! I even was running a little late and the receptionist was super sweet, told me where to park & helped me find my way to the clinic. It’s the little details like this that make the whole experience so special! 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know & will be booking again! Hands down incredible place & experience.

Going to give my 8 month update review. I’ve been to Hope 3 times for my lip filler and also got a lip flip done as well. Hope is so well educated and she goes over each step while doing it. She’s patient, she makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The clinic is so peaceful. I love going in for my touch ups. I can’t think of any business better than Hope Cosmetics?

I just recently had a laser hair removal session with Lexi. I just want to say first how cute this business is inside! So bright and lovely. And my service with Lexi was nothing short of amazing! She was great. I can’t wait for my next session.

I’ve been at Hope for different facials and I’ve been happy with all of them. The place is clean and relaxing, staff is great and treatments are comfortable.

I was so nervous coming in and wasn’t very knowledgeable about “Botox” going into my appointment, but I had such a great first experience! Hope was so welcoming along with the other staff members to their beautiful business. Hope was so knowledgeable and patient, making my lips look perfect. Would recommend for anybody getting filler for the first time, or even building off of old filler. I will be coming back!

She is so honest and will let you know what you need and don’t need. I personally get Botox for my migraines (softening my wrinkles in massive ways is a huge bonus!) since I’ve been with Hope (over a year now) I went from having migraines more than half the month, and having to take medication to help ease the pain, too having a total of 4 headaches in the last year!
She is a “multi” healer for me, and she helps me look good too!
