Hope Nails is the best place to get your nails done! I’ve been going there for over a year and a half now and I can honestly say my nails HAVEN’T chipped or cracked ONCE! Hanna is always so kind and professional and she makes the effort to get to know you personally. She takes her time and it’s beautiful work! Loving my fall Color for this month:)

Previously, I used to get the absolute best pedicures here. Unfortunately, the new nail technician - who replaced a woman who left for a new job - is poorly trained and did a really bad job. So bad, that I had to redo the pedicure when I got home. I simply didn't have time to go back for a redo since I was leaving for a trip. My cuticles were a mess, my rough skin still intact, and the paint job was a disaster. I did the best I could; the cost of the pedicure was a complete waste. Very disappointed because this place used to be great.

I had gone to hope nails a few times before today prior to Covid and figured I would go get a mani/pedi with my mother for some mother and daughter time. I had booked an appointment for both of us and confirmed it over the phone before coming in a couple of days later.

Fast forward to the day that we went in, we were greeted nicely and picked our nail colours but there was a mix up with the appointment including two mani/pedis. I had told her that I wanted a full set instead of shellac and she told me that I wouldn’t be able to get a pedicure, just polish. I was fine with that, however, was not overly impressed by that because I had come to get a full service. I waited almost a full hour for her to start me while she had already started my mom. There were people coming in between us and she finished their nails before ours when we had an appointment before them. I was appalled by the quality of service. While doing my acrylics she filed down my nails so much they were burning and continued to burn while she applied gel. She was incredibly rough while filing my nails and not gentle at all. I will say that my nails look great but the service and the environment were awful! It was dirty in the lamps and it looks like she uses the same files for multiple clients. She overbooks too many people at a time and in return she delivers poor service.
To top it all off when it came time to pay for everything she said that it was an extra $15 to use debit! Like who does that? Seems to me like she’s trying to collect under the table
I will never return and I hope to god that no one else experiences this.

My first time visiting Hope Nails and I am amazed at the quality of the work and attention to detail. Hannah is amazing and would highly recommend!

The best place to get your nails done in Windsor! Hannah and Karen are so friendly and have treated me like family since my very first appointment. They have every colour for you to choose from and Hannah can replicate any design from any photo that you show her

I have been the owner's client for roughly ten years now. I have tried numerous other salons over the years, but have never found the same quality and skillset as her. Furthermore, she personally trains her staff to ensure that her clients receive nothing but the very best from them as well. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. These ladies are fantastic! They are very friendly and easy to talk to and they try to accomodate you in every possible way. I developed an allergy to gel nails recently, but Hanna knows just what product to use and how to gently and carefully do my nails without irritating them
And every photo I show them they replicate it exactly! Hanna really knows her craft!

I stopped in with no appointment after scouring the internet for all the local nail salons and their reviews and this one had the best reviews with amazing pictures of high quality work, so I had to try it. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for this place. The owner Hannah is a true gem and her staff is simply delightful. Each one introduced themselves to me and asked me my name. The clients who were there couldn't say enough good things about Hannah or their nails. I will absolutely be going back, my nails are gorgeous and at a price I cannot resist!

I am very impressed with the service here.my daught was so upset while I was finishing my nails and they were so kind to her.my nails look amazing.they listened to what I wanted and gave me an acrylic over lay with gel polish. I'm super satisfied and impressed!
