Since I started here I and my family have a good family doctor. They have a good service all the staff and specially the doctor and pharmacist. Thanks for the love, care and good service. GOD BLESSED

I went as a walk-in patient and Dr. R was very friendly. She diagnosed my infection and prescribed me medicine to clear it all up. She even had me back to make sure I was progressing well which made me feel well taken care of.

Take chances to walk in rather than to have an appointment. The lady sitting with me with the same appointment, we patiently observed the walk-in comes first compared to the patient with an appointment.wait until no more patients then your turn. The guy beside me was walk-in and done ahead of me. Poor service.

Please be aware of her (dr. Mary Rofail who is in charge of this clinic) aggressive and inconsiderate approach and tone of voice. Choose your doctor carefully.
The doctor started the session an hour and a half after my appointment time, which can be tolerated given our failing healthcare system. Without asking me how I am, she started telling me how I missed my appointments in 2022; appointments that I was never made aware of. Then she went on to say I cancelled my appointments in 2022 and never rescheduled. I felt attacked and unsafe. If she cares as much as she likes to pretend, why has she waited a year and a half to mention it in an appointment that I made due to the pain in my neck and head that wouldn't go away? Then she goes on to say there were "no show" appointments, which is not true. This again was in reference to my allegedly missed appointments in 2022. I also had to explain the difference between a "no show" and a cancelled appointment to her as I do not believe she understands the difference.
Meanwhile, she kept talking over me, telling me to calm down and relax. This is how she started the session! She, as a physician, is supposed to create a calm and safe place for patients and not make their situations worse. She charged my OHIP and wasted my time. In our previous encounters I had noticed an unsettling attitude but I didn't think much of it. But enough is enough. No one, let alone a patient, should be treated the way she treated me.

I have been at that place twice and both with same experience. The receptionists have ZERO customer service training, they speak with the patient with out any basic manners (I could say even with a very arrogant/who cares attitude), and if that wasn't enough the receptionist today was wearing flip flops How unprofessional is that?
She asked me if I have an appointment (when the first time I was there asking for an appointment the other receptionist told me "they only give service to walk ins")
Seems like they forgot that they have a job because the patients!

Dr Mary has great staff and reasonable waiting time. She’s been our family doctor during covid and has provided with great service.

I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. Rude staff, rude doctor, long wait times, I could go on about all the negative things about this place. The so called doctor has even misdiagnosed people! Go to literally any other clinic but this one! Also, all the positive reviews about this place are most likely fake, since there is nothing that is actually good about this clinic. Steer clear of this place!

Dr. Mary Rofail is a disgrace to the medical community. I have been a patient with this woman for the last three years, I regret every moment. She rushes you after long wait times, you can only address one issue, your concerns aren’t heard. She lacks proper communication skills and empathy. In addition to her poor skills, the receptionists aren’t any better. Very disorganized group of women. Please re-think going to this doctor because she is no good.

I had spots on my body and went there. I saw the Ginger hair female Dr (with a skirt in the pics). Then I went for a control visit with her. The spots did not disappear and at the control she asked me to see a dermatologist. I asked for a referral and she refused. How can you leave a patient like that? I was New in Toronto and did not have a family Dr.
I went in another clinic and the Dr quickly gave me a referral, I did not even have to ask. I'm wondering if the lady was mean or what was wrong with her.

Had had an urgent injury but Marlee Medical (my usual clinic) was closed at 3pm - again.

What a pleasant surprise!

Lovely and neat reception area, friendly staff, short wait and Dr. Maria was empathetic and genuine.

Plus the pharmacy is literally in the clinic.

They won't requisition blood work and so are useless for diagnosing most potential issues. Instead they took a guess at some random potential source of the problem and prescribed three likely useless medications.

Unprofessional very rude and too rush she have no time to listen you complaints she tried to guess before you tell her.
Long waiting even if you come by appointment still you will wait 3-4 hrs then bad finishing

Where do I start! I never review anything but I’ve been contemplating if I should since I left this horrid place. Based on the positive reviews I chose this place, my family doctor moved a distance away so I used this place temporality, which was a huge mistake. First I walk in said hello, no hello back, just a look then an ignore until the receptionist felt like she was ready to address me, her vibe was extremely toxic. I maintained my friendliness despite her rotten attitude. After waiting about 30 min I was sent to a room. I sat there and waited for the doctor, the doctor walked in the door rolled her eyes and yelled I will not see anyone without a mask which is ok, it’s their clinic, she then said go to the front and get a mask, myself and another patient went to the front and waited for about 10 min no one was at reception, the receptionist walked in and said got to the pharmacy which is just a turn around, we both go there and the guy at the pharmacy is charging $1 for a mask that u buy at the dollar store that comes in a whole pack! The other patient asked him how is it $1 He then says rudely if u don’t pay $1 I cannot help you. Kindly the patient in front of me paid for his mask and mine. I go back in and the doctor comes in looks at my coffee and rudely says what is this? I looked and still maintained a positive vibe. She then asks me about why I am here! I begin to tell her and She rudely says You can only ask one question! I was like what! Then was like ok just get this over with, while explaining my issue she literally told me to hurry up she has other patients. What I would say is the receptionist is displaying the rude attitude of her employer because when talking to the doctor is as meek as a mouse. It was funny to observe. My conclusion is the positive reviews are FAKE and That doctor should find herself another profession because she is extremely rude unprofessional and I think there is a scheme going on in that clinic. I will never ever step foot in that place and people must be mindful the type of energy they are allowing to touch their bodies. Awful Clinic, Awful Doctor and A Receptionist that Needs to be herself and not adopt someone else’s mannerisms.

I visited this place today with my mom who had stomach ache. Dr. Mary was very knowledgeable and helped us out patiently. The pharmacist was kind enough to go through all her current medications to ensure the prescribed tablets didn't have a bad interference. Overall, I loved this place and would highly recommend it

DONT GO HERE, I made an appointment and was noticed the doctor would be on lunch and back within the hour. I waited 2.5 hours for this doctor to decide her patients were worth seeing. I’ve never been so disgusted by the response I received from reception when calling them out on the time wait. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else, going to the emergency would’ve taken less time. I will be formally sending in a complaint to the CPSO and I hope everyone else that’s had a bad experience does the same. It’s time we take back control over whose treating us.

Long waiting times, spent 3 hours there as there was only one doctor taking her regular appointments plus walk-ins, she was clearly overwhelmed. The receptionist was unorganized, inattentive, and wouldn't greet, help/guide the patients as they come in. The examination rooms are way too small but clean. The Doctor was polite and she took the time to ask everything related to my visit and clearly explained her diagnosis. The Doctor is the only reason why the clinic got any stars from me.

They close at 5pm however if. You go there anytime between 4pm and 5pm they won't accept you. Doesn't matter if you are passing way or not.

Slow service and only one doctor for the patient. The washroom dirty, no paper tower, no sanitizer.

I would not recommend this doctor. After several test ordered by this office, I was advised I had fatty liver. Of course it was a shocked and scary. My follow up visit was 6-8 mouth after being diagnosed with fatty liver. A serious of test was done, I asked if there was sign of improvement with in liver. (Started eating more greens-never really a bad eater) This is me and this doctors conversation word for word…. (D) who told you, you had fatty liver (M) you did after a serious of test, you don’t remember? Look in your notes please, you told me I had fatty liver!
This doctor argued for minutes that I was wrong and with additude…. Once I gave her a taste of her additude. She put me on hold (phone appointment) come back sounded shocked. (D) Oh ya, ok…you did nave fatty liver what did you do? How did you get ride of it? (M) what are you taking about,? (D) you did have fatty liver but now it’s gone (M) from what I’ve read fatty liver takes year to develop and Year to reverse.

After a false diagnoses of fatty liver, I was upset, afraid & mad this doctor clearly doesn’t know her job fully. This doctors “mistakes” didn’t stop there. I am no longer her patient and you should think twice about being a patient here.

This office setup an appointment at Sunny Brook Hospital for thyroid test prior to the wrong diagnosis of liver.

The nurse asked me if I was pre-diabetic, my response No as far as I knew. The nurse told me it says I am in my doctors notes. I asked, you can see my blood work results (her response, Yes) I asked her to look over my last set of blood work
I am so…. Happy i did. The nurse was surprised it showed no pre-diabetic. The nurse confirmed Doctors notes was false! (N) You’re correct, your blood work doesn’t show any sign of pre-diabetic. At that point I started asking questions on how to report this Doctors behaviour.

Heads up…
Be afraid, anyone can make a mistake but two within one patient file.scary! Her additude once she was known of her mistake was the most scary for me! And s as Leo her unwillingness to admit, very unprofessional behaviour for a Doctor.

My cousins were her patients, this doctor is so stubborn and for each small thing make you to come back again and again for another visit to charge OHIP and this is illegal.
The doctor keep disturbing my cousins by calling them several times and ask them to come to doctor's office and they don't want to be her patients any more.
This doctor doesn't respect the privacy of patients and keep asking that who is your doctor now and this is wired.
My cousins are disabled and are on medication for mental health and this doctor gave them so much anxiety by disturbing them by calling them several times in a single day and she doesn't respect thier privacy.
Just be careful if you want to go to this clinic and think twice.

Last visit I went was for the dr to fill out a wsib form and to take a look at my wrist. I thought it might be tendonitis or repetitive stress injury. I told the front desk that it might be repetitive stress injury and when I saw the doctor she went off saying how she cant treat me because it's a mental health issue, long term thing blah blah blah.all while I was trying to explain what should have been a very easy to understand term.

Everytime I go she makes it a hassle to do anything, keeps saying that since she doesnt have a medical history on me that she cant really do much for me and I should see my family doctor.

This last time about wsib and my wrist she said she'd do it for me "this time" but I said whatever, walked out and saw someone more competent.

More of a pharmacy than a clinic since the focus is more on selling medicine to the patient than giving health care.

We went to get advice on child vaccinations and a dentist reference, instead were handed over antibiotics that we didn't need and they wouldn't even listen about not prescribing it but still telling us to go see a different doctor.
I mean if some other doctor (outside Hopewell) is going to see us, then why are you prescribing medicine, specially when the patient is neither in pain nor in need of it.

We decided to be more careful in future after a couple of such experiences.

I was very disappointed when they told me I need to pay or go to renew my health card that expired 6 days and due to the pandemic I was not able to re new it at the first place and I am allowed to still use it as per service Ontario.

Whenever I have an appointment I end up wating 1-2 sometimes even 2.5 hrs because there is only 1 doctor here and she's always out doing something or taking a break I don't understand why you would schedule an appointment at your break time I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have things to do there are very unprofessional time wise

Dr. Mary is a great physician, very caring and does her best to help you. The waiting times are usual, but sometimes due to clinics hard work can be faster and more comfortable than other clinics.

Very good walk in clinic, Dr is so caring and Service is quick and pharmacists takes time Overall a great experience.

One of the best walk-in clinics I have been to in Toronto. Staff is very courteous, very short wait time, and I was able to get my medication from the pharmacy right after my visit.

Amazing walk in clinic and staff. Service is quick and pharmacists are so attentive and caring as well. Dr. Mary really treats her patients with so much kindness and takes her time with them. She is not in a rush to get rid of you like other clinics. Overall a wonderful experience.

Doc Mary is so approachable and the whole staff is friendly. The place is clean and not so busy. Happy to have a clinic that is just few walks away from our apartment and open 7 days a week!

The doctor and staff are all super friendly and provide amazing health care. It's not too busy and open at convenient hours, and the fact that they have a pharmacy on site makes obtaining medication that much easier! One of the best clinics I've been to.

I had a very great experience here I only waited 10 minutes for Dr. Mary who was professional and sweet and she answered all my questions

They are very friendly and professional. My 3 years son loved the doctor, she was so nice to him. Also the place is very clean and modern. Will suggest to my friends.

Finally a good walk-in in Toronto! Not busy, polite staff, and I was seen by a super nice and helpful physician:)

Extremely clean space, staff including the doctor is very friendly and understanding, didn't wait long at all. Best experience in a walk in clinic since I've been living in Canada.

-Walked-in with no appointment.
-Onsite parking at side of the building.
-Pretty clean facilities.
-Wait time was pretty fast (15 min) compared to the other walk-in's I've been to in the past (1+ hours).
-Receptionist, doctor and pharmacy staff were personable/professional and helpful.

Overall great experience!

The place was renovated and it was wonderful! This clinic/pharmacy is something the community needs and I'm glad about it =)
