Great company to work with as a partner. And they are Canadian with their manufacturing being in Waterloo, Ontario.

TLDR: I worked for this place and they didn't pay me.
I worked for this place in February as a production supervisor for three days.
They made it very clear from the start that they had six months to terminate my contract without cause and I had the same respect.
Well after a few unfortunate circumstances I realized that this place isn't very supportive so I said goodbye! Unfortunately they think that it is acceptable to not pay for people that work for you.
Like I said it just wasn't the right fit for me and they should respect that, not try to punish me lol!
Lastly, a few words of wisdom from this place. The following was said to an employee who was sick for two days, was than forced to take the rest of the week off due Corona virus concerns.
The next time he was in he was told "We don't take sick days here". You can't make this stuff off. Good luck to this company, they will need it.

Had the pleasure of working for horizon coatings as a production supervisor for a year, what an amazing experience! Had the best support from Troy, Chris and Michelle from day one all the way until the end of my employment. I decided to pursue a trade and could not believe the support they all gave me to help achieve my goal. Fantastic crew as well everyone is very helpful and they work terrific as a team. I am going to greatly miss everyone there. By far the best company I have worked for in the 8years I have been a supervisor!

Great distributor of finished products, primarily not for walking customers but you can buy there product lots of places!

I don’t recommend working here no communication they treat you like u don’t know anything some of the staff yell at you one person tells you how to do something and then another person tells u are doing it wrong they don’t have patience to explain or show you what to do they think you should be able to read minds it’s boring only thing I liked about it was some of the staff and hours there’s one guy who likes to yell at you a lot or if u are doing something like sweeping he get mad at you for sweeping the wrong way when there’s a change over or issues they don’t really have much for you to do until they figure out the problem or once they are ready to start it sweeping lots of sweeping I am glad I am no longer there?
