Came for a group beach ride with my friend and it was the best! Ashley and Conner were excellent guides and very knowledgable. The horses are so well behaved and make the ride very easy for beginners! A bonus is that the horses are rescues, and you can tell that they are very well taken care of. I will definitely be back in the warmer months to ride again!

Trotting brings the most excitement!
Horses are well trained and behaved. On the horse for almost one and half hours.

We had an amazing ride with Celeste. She was very knowledgeable of horse & a great tour guide throughout the trail. It was so fun we were able to trot through the trail. Highly recommend Horseplay and their wonderful team!

3 friends and I enjoyed a 1.5 hour beach ride on a Saturday afternoon with a group. The horseplay team was thoughtful in choosing our horses based on our skill and chose the riding order so the different groups were still together. They took time to take photos of us on the beach and the horses were more than happy to wait. A couple folks didn't pay attention and tried passing up the line but Ashley and Connor were very good at balancing kind reminders and keeping an eye on them. Looking forward to returning.

Wow I can’t believe how bad the customer service is here. We were very excited for this ride that we planned before Thanksgiving dinner. We were early and initially went to the location in their Instagram bio, which is where I found them. I’m not very familiar with Port Colborne, so just went there. It was an abandoned building so obviously something was wrong. We called twice to see if maybe we had the wrong address, and if we still could’ve made it but the calls were never answered. 30 minutes later, we got a call back - Once I explained the situation I was sure she’d be understanding and accommodating since it really was not my error, simply clicking and going to the location posted on their Instagram. But it was quite the opposite. She charged my card, and said we’d have to pay again to rebook. Absolutely zero customer service skills and compassion. My guess is COVID-19 has made others extremely greedy and lack basic human skills. I would never support this business.
