Absolutely disgusting, dirty emergency area. The bathrooms are not AODA compliant. We were told to simply hold it after waiting 4 hours. With all the tax dollars we pay, this is how we're treated!

It sucks to have to go with an emergency or daughter had been vomiting all day and with very low blood pressure and we spent more than 13 hours for the doctor to tell us that she had vertigo due to an ear infection and he didn't tell us more, I think...

Had my umbilical hernia surgery done at groves, dr. Thomas and nursing staff were very skilled, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Pleased with results as well:)

Absolutely no compassion from staff at this hospital. They don't care how long you wait or what issue is. Driving to Parry Sound much better option.

Very rude slow and uneducated staff. Even if you have an appointment, expect to only get called into room 45 min to an hour after your appointment was supposed to start. Then wait another 45 min till doctor arrives horrible

I wish I had read the reviews before I made the drive! It didn’t take long to be seen by the nurse and have an ECG. (Heart trouble). The lady at the desk, the triage and the ecg nurses were amazing, thank you! After though, people keep coming and...
