Very tasty Thai food made while you wait. Spicy Basil Chicken or Beef or Green Curry is highly recommended. A little on the pricey side. There are a few tables for eating in as well. Parking can be a little difficult due to all the small businesses in the plaza.

Lived in Pickering for six years and Hot Mama Noi’s is hands down the best Thai place in Durham!

I've been coming to this excellent Thai Restaurant for years. Mama Noi is an excellent cook. They consistently serve the best Thai food I've ever eaten in my many years on this planet! They are very friendly and you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. My favourite is the Spicy basil chicken! Very highly recommended!

If you want to have some authentic Thai food, this is a perfect place. Everything was delicious. We had glass noodles, spring rolls, green curry. It tasted just like in Thailand. The kids loooved Mango Chicken. The place is tiny and outdated but great for a quick lunch or a take out. The prices were very reasonable.

I personally adore the Mango Chicken, hugge spring rolls, chicken wings and pineapple fried rice.

Mama is also such a lovely woman.

I love spring rolls. They're big full of crunchy cabbage carots, great plum sauce. Also mango salad the best must try it. Pad thai recommended.

Hot Mama Noi's was recommended by a friend who works nearby. I did not know what to expect but the food was SO GOOD and I had such a great customer experience I thought I would post a review. Great customer service; they had all our favourites; the food was amazing; and, yes, Mama cooked our meals. Recommend!

I got the pa nang, and spicy basil with rice cooked in coconut oil. When I tell you this was some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten, I seriously mean it. My new favourite in the area!

I had the pad Thai and it was good…. And the next day I had the leftovers and it was even better! So yummy!

Both dishes or full to the brim with lots of meat and tasty is anything. They came with a large portion of rice each. Very good food but the customer service for take out in particular is horrendous; prepare to be talked to sharply - I wouldn't say yelled at - but close to it. Twice now it's happened - I don't expect white glove service but I can't stomach being given attitude over basic questions, no matter what I'm buying. Life is tough as it is.

Today was my first time ordering food from Mama’s place. I ordered Pad Thai, Green curry and spring rolls. The food was really delicious. I did not call to order the food and simply stopped by. The dishes were made fresh for me and they were very yummy. Definitely ordering food from this place again. Thank you to the chef!

What a gem this place is for authentic, Thai flavours! I ordered tom yum soup, spicy basil (with chicken) and of course, the cult favourite spring rolls. You can tell everything is made fresh in house and with a lot of love! They even sell homemade hot sauce and ginger sauce… definitely a must try for all foodies. ️

Mama Noi's is the best Thai, hands down. With only herself and her amazing young grandson. She's always got a smile and delicious food:) I call in very large orders for my crew and he's never missed a thing. Reading some other reviews from ignorant people who can't appreciate a young man trying to master English? Taking orders from rude adults? Can't be easy for him. Soup was leaking everywhere. Also said no nuts and they put it all over the pad tai and I am allergic. Bad experience do not order from here.

So good! I called in a relatively large order for the next day and it was ready on time and packed for easy transportation. Lunch was so tasty. Special mention to the cashew chicken and mango salad. Will definitely come back here!

Best Thai food in durham region without hesitation. It's night and day. Once you eat here you wont want another Thai place ever again

New tenant a few units away from this restaurant. First time trying this place and it was very good. I ordered the chicken pad thai to go. Portion was quite generous. Had a quick chat with the owner run by a grandma by herself. Owner was also watching her grandson home school at the same time. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

When it’s good it’s reeeeeally good, but unfortunately it can be a bit hit or miss. Maybe it depends on who’s cooking that night?

Tried the pad thai (chicken) and green curry (beef). Both were awesome and we can't wait to order again; our new go-to place after our previous closed. Please add basil beef to your menu!

I came here hoping to try some local Thai food in Pickering. The place is located in the commercial plaza beside Pickering Go station.

When we walked in there were was no tables setup. Just takeout. There was a young boy who came to the front cashier to take my order. We asked the owner for suggestions on what to order and she said everything is good and couldn't suggest a dish for us. Oh well. We ended up ordering red curry chicken and pad see eew with beef. The total came up to $30 approx. The young boy didn't really have good customer service skills and I told him I wanted number 4 on the menu and he replied back "I know. " I didn't take any offense and kept an open mind. We were looking forward to trying the food as the owner said the food is really good.

The red curry was aromatic and rich. I was surprised there wasn't any spice level nor did she ask if we wanted it spicy or mild. Would have like more chicken in the serving but there was bambo shoots, long green beans, red peppers, and potato.

The pad see eew was cooked fresh to order. The dish consists of wide rice noodles, beef flank bok choy and broccoli. This really hit the spot although the presentation was not the greatest.

Some things to note. The menu had the prices blacked out so we were at the mercy of the owner who could set any price. Please update your menus so your customers know how much they are spending.

If you want some decent Thai food give them a try. Just be ready to order as they won't really help you with the menu. Maybe it was an off day but the owner wasn't really in the mood to talk to us nor greet us after walking in. Small improvements can go a long way. I will come back and try something else but hopefully the service improves.

While lacking any 'flash', the food is simply the best Thai I know. This is where I take my mother to eat Thai. Literally. My mom likes the Spring Rolls especially.

Had the coconut milk thai chicken noodle soup. Barely any broth, mushrooms were old and squisgytoo much coconut milk. Price just under $17. Front order staff is a rude 9 yr old without cutomer service skills. Wont be back, dont recommend going here.
I came into the restaurant and waited for my food order. Ps. My husband died unexpectedly recently and this was my 1st/last time going to your restaurant. You need to check yourself and send that child to school. His English and social skills are suffering because of it. I included photos to prove you use stale vegetables. You have made so many assumptions about my experience. This reflects poorly in your ability to accept feedback anf business model

Had takeout the other day. We have eaten in here before and it was great! The takeout was not. We ordered chicken pad Thai, Thai Basel chicken, and Thai red curry with chicken. The Thai red curry was fine. Chicken was a little hard and rubbery. The pad Thai was terrible! The noodles were over cooked and it was pretty much a giant clump on noodles. Taste was not good either. The Thai Basel chicken tasted good but the chicken was sooo over cooked! It was terribly hard. Expensive, small portions, not quality.
