Beautiful work, kind, lovely staff, and gracious enough to fit me in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon.

Great experience here! The nail techs took their time during my gel fill and fixed my nails done by another salon, going as far to entirely replace one of my nails free of charge. They let me try different colours to decide which I liked, and made sure I was comfortable. They also recommended some shapes and colours to try next time. 10/10 will be going back!

Have visited this business for 2 years. Would not take my business any where else. The husband and wife owners are amazing.

I was searching for a place to get a pedicure done as a male. I approached hot nails nervously and they welcomed me in and made the process painless and seem less. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Great service and great staff.

I adore Jimmy and Crystal! They are the best in the nail game, at the most affordable pricing. They are kind and make you feel at home. Crystal does an amazing job every time with the paint, and Jimmy gets the exact shape, and thickness, right!

This place is by far the best in KW area when it comes to polish applications and foot care. My shellac pedicure looked amazing, she shaped my toe nails so perfectly and professionally that for the first time, my toes looked like models you see in advertisement. My husband was very pleased with the removal of calluses.
I highly recommend them! Moving forward, this will definitely be my go-to place for pedicures!

Love this place! Been going here for a few months now and they are great. Jim and Crystal are so nice and their attention to detail I amazing. Nail techs are awesome and fixed my previous talons. They have an awesome clientele. I client has been going for 8 yrs and his nails were fantastic and clean. They sanitize in between clients and even mopped the area after each client! My mom and I will be back!

My friend introduced me to this place about 5 or 6 years ago & I fell in love. It had been about 2 years since I visited because I had a baby but going back today reminded me why I love them SO much. You will leave with feet that feel like a baby - I cannot express how amazing they are!

Basically walked in and was able to get looked at in about 30 minutes. Did a great and thourough job.
Only detractor was that the business smells strongly of chemicals but maybe thats a good thing? (Clean)

I got a full set of acrylics here and they did a great job, they lasted a while. I've also gotten French manicures here too and they looked awesome. Highly recommend their services.

Of all the Walk In Nail Salons I have been to - Hot Nails is the BEST! Even before Covid Protocols - which are excellent - the cleanliness and safety are superior. Even behind the Covid pedicure curtain I had no concerns. And my manicure lasts a week and I am hard on my nails! It is great to see you all again at Hot Nails!

This is my favorite spot to go for mani or pedi! The place is clean and they are very friendly and kind. They all work efficiently, but are still meticulous about their work. Definitely set up with safety front of mind for business during the pandemic. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to this Salon for about 5 years. This Salon Is very clean. Crystal and Jim are very friendly. Crystal always knows what I want even If I dont. I have been to many salons as I have lived in different cities also tried a few other Salons in kitchener but once I found Hot Nails I dont go any where else

This is an amazing place to get pampered! Jimmy and Crystal run a very clean, professional establishment, I have been a customer since they opened and would not think of going any where else!

Been coming to this location for the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Jimmy is fantastic at acrylic/gel nails and very meticulous to make sure you love the shape. And Crystal is always excited to show you a new colour she thinks you'll love, or the perfect top coat to put the finishing touch on your nails. What really sets them apart is their customer service! They always remember their customers, and love to have genuine conversations with you.

I love love love these people! They are soo kind, and they ask about your life and genuinely take an interest. Highly recommended

I have been going to Hot Nails for around 8 years. They not only are precise and make sure you leave happy the attention to detail shows through and through. Super clean salon, Crystal is always updating the colours and showing me ones she thinks I would like. You can’t beat that! I have been a waitress for years and rarely chip my nails. They do amazing work in there!

Set an appointment for my mom after waiting 1 hour they still didn’t fix her nails or tell her weather they would or not.

Best nail service ever! I have tried many, many salons where my nails fell off within a couple of days. I almost gave up getting fake nails for this reason. However, Hot Nails does such an amazing job that I went for 3 weeks with cleaning, washing dishes, etc, and all my nails were all perfectly intact. They are very attentive to detail. Would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful nails!

Great eyebrow shaping! Uses wax, trimming and plucking. Kept brows full like I asked (other places have over plucked and I’m trying to grow out into a fuller more natural shape). Would highly recommend Crystal for brows.

Hot Nails is amazing! Jimmy and Crystal do an incredible job on my nails, every single time I am there. I love when Crystal suggests a colour because, it always turns out to be great. They always have time for walk-ins and always make you feel comfortable. I am so glad my aunt suggested them, and I will always send my friends to them.
