I wanted to.explain my one star.
It is not for the staff, who are nice people. Not always the best job but certainly nice prople.
My reason for one syar is cleaningless. In order to have always customers taken they rush and dont clean up agter the first client. Brushing off piling is not called cleaning.
Desk are very dirty. Floor is dirty. Air ventilation is very poor. Even if the service is ok, because of the cleaningless i will not come back here.

I love Tina and her team, I’ve been a client for over a year and they always seem to satisfy me, I’ve never left unhappy.
I usually get a design on my nails and they know how picky I can be when it comes to my nails.
I also don’t understand why people complain when they talk in their language. We live in a multi cultural country. If you don’t like other languages then don’t come here. Simple.

Horrible experience. First, hurt my nail and it’s bleeding. Second, limited options, not the nails I expected. Third, I was given a 50 dollars gift certificate but somehow (after the nails are done, I literally asked them before if the gift certificate was fine) they told us the gift certificate was not accepted because it’s “not signed”. And they implied me that anyone can buy a blank gift certificate from dollarama and anyone can pick a receipt from their floor. That was literally the first time I’ve been there and I didn’t even know where I can buy the exact same gift certificate as they have. I asked them for recording for proof since they happen to have a camera but they said they didn’t have the recording from that far. So now, they are the one who are not “satisfied” whereas we paid for 50 bucks AND have a bleeding nail AND the nails that I didn’t even like. Lucky me, I should be “satisfied” cause I’m going to another nails place to remove this ugly nails which also hurt me and I’m still paying 50 bucks for them.

Next time before trying to blame customers’ expectations, maybe take time to think about your ability. Maybe that’s the reason your store is 3.9 where as most others are above 4. And also, you said I paid nothing, that’s not true. The 50 dollars gift certificate was bought from your store by my boyfriend’s dad. Yeah, maybe I’m not the one who paid, but you still got your money from him, so please stop trying to say you are doing this for free, you have your money, check your own bank statement. I have the bank account and date and time on the receipt to prove, but you have nothing to prove your accuse. I asked for recording but you gave me nothing. Next time if you want to imply your customer a thief who happens to have the exact same gift certificate as the one in your stores AND also has the receipt, please think about the coincidence that could happen. And trust me, most your customers have the ability to pay themselves, I have no interest to have your “free” service. What an absolutely wonderful establishment all the people are so welcoming and warm. Always smiling and happy we’re all laughing I love it here The owner personally takes her time to greet everybody. I watched her go above and beyond for one of her elderly clients and it was absolutely heartwarming. She does everything possible to make your stay there as warm and comfortable, and if I come in with multiple pictures of different designs, they are so candid and open about how they will try their best to make it look as close as possible and they’re honestly such wonderful artists.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and prices are amazing as well!

I got my nails done and loved them. She did have an attitude but the nails were extremely pretty. Very detailed designs!

I am very happy with how the nails turned out. The owner who did my nail is super friendly and professional. Will come back again.

I never make reviews but they do not know how to wax. I had to get up and try to wax my brows myself… charged me 60$ for acrylic fill and one solid red colour… go somewhere else.
