Subject: Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior and Physical Distress Caused by Nail Art Staff
Dear Moda Fina Manager,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent incident that occurred at your nail art establishment. Today during my visit to your salon, I encountered a nail art staff member whose behavior was not only exceptionally rude but also resulted in physical distress for me as a pregnant customer.
I thought to get my nail art done as I haven’t got one done in a while and I thought of trying a new place for the same. I approached the counter to discuss the design options available. Regrettably, the staff member in question, whose name is Danny, displayed a blatant disregard for proper customer service etiquette. In an abrupt and disrespectful manner, he snatched the tray containing nail art samples from my hands, causing it to collide with my stomach. Given my delicate condition as a pregnant woman, this incident has understandably left me deeply upset and concerned for the safety of my unborn child.
I want to emphasize that such behavior is entirely unacceptable and wholly inconsistent with the level of professionalism and courtesy that I expected from your salon. As a customer, I believe it is my right to be treated with respect and care, regardless of the circumstances especially when one is being polite. This unfortunate incident has left me feeling disheartened and anxious about the overall experience I had at your establishment.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I expect a thorough investigation into the conduct of the staff member involved and appropriate measures taken to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment. Furthermore, I urge you to reevaluate your staff training and emphasize the importance of providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all patrons.

I had such a great experience at this location! Myself and some friends of mine got our nails done for a wedding and all three of our sets turned out exactly how we wanted! Danny and his worker were extremely thorough and meticulous and made sure we were happy with our result! I highly recommend this salon:)

Thank you so much to Amy and the rest of the staff at Hot Nails. My nails look absolutely beautiful and the staff were a pleasure to work with. The staff is lovely and take their time to make sure you are able to get the exact look you are going for. I am looking forward to going back in the future!

If you need insane designs, go here. They can copy ANYTHING you find online, even make it look better somehow!

My daughter (10) got her nails done for the first time as a walk in and she loves them! Great experience. Next time I'll get mine done as well. Thank you!

Worst experience ever!
I would have give them zero star if I get option.
I went there to get my nails done. First when I showed the picture they said they can do it. But when we get to the point of nail painting they said they don’t have nude colour and put the shiny nail paint. Afterwards they didn’t have golden colour and without asking they just put dull blackish golden on my nails. Before starting the nails they told me it will cost $65 but at the billing time charged me $80. Out of my 10 nails none of them get the right round shape. It was the worst experience ever. I will never go back there.
