We referred by a friend to check out Clearlight saunas @ the Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Hamilton when doing our research for the most effective sauna with low EMF. We met with Matt who explained the features, options, benefits and lifetime warranty, answered our questions and arranged delivery when we were ready for the unit. The delivery crew was great; set up quick and easy. We are very happy with our Clearlight sauna, IOO, the best for health benefits on the market; it is a calming place to start or end the day. I called the Wellness Shop to book an appointment when I was receiving a "low flow" message on my hot tub. On the day of the appointment, the technician called before arriving. I was impressed by the technician's professionalism and knowledge. He thoroughly checked all the mechanics of the hot tub and determined that the issue was the need for a more regular filter cleaning. He also recommended a product that would clean the jet tubes. After following his advice, my hot tub is working like new. I was pleased with the service and the helpful answers to all my questions.

We have always received fantastic service from Jacuzzi. Whether it's in store or with a service call, every one we encounter is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and the quality of their hot tubs doesn't even begin to compare to that of their competitors. For every house that we have bought, the first thing that we do is put in a Jacuzzi hot tub. We are Jacuzzi people for life.nothing else simply measures up!

We recently received our jacuzzi Soul which arrived earlier than expected. Everything so far has been perfect with our tub. When contacted for questions about our first tub, the staff have been very quick to respond and were able to get the right answer even if they didn't know right away. We were back and forth about different tubs for months but really glad we landed on a Jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

Terrible service department. Consistently don’t show up for maintenance appointments and do not call to let you know. There have been at least 5 times over the past couple of years where they are a no show. I set aside my whole day to accommodate their 8 hour service window, many times calling throughout the day to confirm they actually are coming. Each time customer service assures me they will be there but in the end they don’t show. Several hours after letting you down you get a text apologizing for the inconvenience and giving you a new appointment date many days, often weeks, down the road, and you are expected to rearrange your life to accommodate their incompetence. Very good product - extremely poor service

We bought our tub only two years ago and we love the tub it is the service after the sale that you need to be careful of. We contacted them in November of 2020 and we have yet to have our tub repaired. The light bars have fallen off and are now sitting in the water and even sent photos so they can see how bad it is and seven months later still nothing!

We bought our Jacuzzi a few years ago and have been happy with it. The current service we received hasn't been great. We called the store and left a message looking for a specific product with no call back for days. We called again and spoke to someone live and was told that we had to order our product online (headrest). Went to order it and being charged $15 shipping. Shouldnt be charged shipping if we can't pick up in store. Might as well order from Amazon, free shipping and next day delivery.

Just had my service done on the Tub! All good! Courteous staff, easy online booking, washed, changed filters, filled, chemicals, done!

I have been in contact with Jacuzzi Hamilton for months on and off now deciding which spa brand to go with. We have decided to go with Jacuzzi as our salesperson Freddy Parreira has been exceptionally helpful and prompt with answers to our abundant amount of questions we’ve had over the past few months making our decision, Freddy has made it clear that the service here goes above and beyond. We cannot wait for our Jacuzzi C84 to be delivered.

Sales person Lauren dit everything possible to deliver the excelent product (Hot Tub Jacuzzi J-245) in time and as promised.
We are very happy with the product and was an excellent Christmas gift for our family.

Can't say enough about Jacuzzi Ancaster. They were awesome! I won't go anywhere else to purchase another tub.

Turns out this is not the number for Hot Tub Liquidator, a way to get you through the door I guess, it's actually Jacuzzi Ontario and they only sell name brand with professional installs so if you were looking for a deal this is the wrong place.

After shopping around after I was in Hot Tub Liquidators, Dave was right, I went back. It was my 1st hot tub and he taught me more in 30 minutes about hot tubs and what to look for and be aware of then the other 4 places I shopped. He was very helpful from the beginning and honest yet not pushy and I highly recommend using Dave for your hot tub purchase. Had some issues with the new tub from the manufacturer and Dave was there for us and made sure the issues were handled right away and kept us posted step by step until things were resolved. It's been about 4 months with our new tub and the family loves it! Super happy with the experience and Dave. Not sure if the stars registered but 5 earned and deserved.

We went in there to get a new filter as new hot tub owners and even though he didn’t have the filter we needed he went above and beyond the call of duty. He searched for the filter online, found it at another place, called them up to make sure they had the filter, and sent us over there without making a penny. Super friendly, super helpful. Highly recommended.

So we purchased our hot tub back in September. It is now almost May and we still haven't had the tub repaired. Many emails back and forth 2 service appointments wrong parts 2nd appointment was cancelled without any notice after taking day off to be available.tub was damaged when it arrived some lights not working or missing No filter when delivered. This hasn't been a good experience for us and next time I'll probably go somewhere else.

I just got my new hot tub and I LOVE it! As a first time hot tub buyer I wasn't sure what I was looking for and after going to some other dealerships I was almost turned off from even buying one because of how pressured and unprofessional some of the dealers out there are. Dave was our hot tub salesman and he definitely went over and above with us. We were kind of on the fence before purchasing but after dealing with Dave and the staff, than having him and Matt (The Manager) personally come to our house to review that the installation and delivery would work (BEFORE AGREEING TO BUY) I felt like they actually really cared about making sure it was the right purchase for us. After we received our purchase Brianne followed up to make sure that we were loving our new tub. I'm blown away by the customer service that these guys provide and recommend them to everyone! I didn't even get this kind of service when I bought my new car lol. If you're looking for a hot tub, make sure to stop in to see the team at Hot Tub Liquidators on Upper James!

I literally have been searching for a hot tub for 15 years, been in to dozens of showrooms, and talked to hundreds of salespeople.but I’ve never found the right person to show me the right tub in the right way.until I met DAVE!

I’ve never had a salesperson who was more kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to not only find me a hot tub that was the perfect fit for me but go completely out of his way to help me reduce my costs and make sure that during every step of the process I was informed and felt comfortable. He was so laid back but supportive, he was available to chat and answer my questions at any time and even came to my house and eased my mind about where to put my tub and what foundation to use. I literally am amazed with the quality of service from Hot Tub Liquidators and Dave and would recommend them to anyone. After a horrible experience at another Jacuzzi dealer, Dave saved the day! He made us feel so comfortable and important throughout the entire process. From signing the bill of sale Monday, he fought to make sure that we got delivery Thursday. An amazing experience beginning to end! Highly recommend them!

We purchased a used jacuzzi j470 back in May and despite having a few issues with it, these guys were on the ball, calling head office and sending emails right away and helped us get techs out right away, they have always been amazing and very helpful, I will drive 20 mins past 4 other spa retailers just to go to them, they’re sales staff is amazing and always save me money by being truthful and open about when to change filters and other products instead of trying to push products just to make sales, today while I was talking with with Dave and Brandi, Melissa was amazing with keeping my kids occupied so they didn’t distract me, Brody says Hi Melissa

2 stars for our sales rep and installers. They were fabulous. However, any service after that had been horrible. Almost 3mnths we have been waiting for a hot tub cover. We have been using a demo since our new tub was installed. Numerous calls have been and when we actually get a hold of someone we r told it's ordered or they have to look into it and call us back. NO ONE ever calls back. The service department is HORRIBLE!

I should have done this review long ago, but now that my husband went in for chemicals and said how great the staff is it reminded me I wanted to do this. Very happy with the manager Dave at Hot Tub Liquidators. His commitment and loyality to us meant a lot. Not only did he get us into a great tub but we are very happy with the price. He is not only enthusiastic but very professional. We are pleased with how he handled the few glitches that occurred with the delivery. Definitely, reccomend Dave from Hot Tub Liquidators.

Our experience purchasing our first ever hot tub with Hot Tub Liquidators in Hamilton has been amazing! I have to give a big thank you to Matt Cornack for his ongoing amazing customer service and support from the moment I walked into the Jacuzzi store! There was a huge amount of knowledge patiently shared with no high pressure sales tactics which was very appreciated and not easily forgotten. Even though there were some challenges having the Jacuzzi installed due to location and electrical complications, Matt was a rock of support and understanding and helped us to navigate through everything and resolve all the difficulties.

He continues to provide awesome ongoing support when we have any questions and is very proactive in helping us to optimally care for our Jacuzzin along with the whole Jacuzzi team in Ancaster. It is wonderful to know that with Jacuzzi, there is a whole group of people dedicated to ensuring the best customer experience occurs not only in the beginning but for the life of the whole jacuzzi experience!

What a turn around! In the beginning our experience with Jacuzzi Ontario was far from the ideal customer experience. We suffered a series of events with our Jacuzzi purchase that initially led us to really regret our decision to purchase a Jacuzzi. But then, the Jacuzzi team (and i have to say team) jumped in and did everything in their power to make it right; Ultimately solving all the issues and effectively hitting a restart on our Jacuzzi experience.

I can say that when things go wrong, the team really cares to make it right. Our initial issues are a distant memory, and we are now loving every minute in our new Jacuzzi. Thank you!

I bought my 2nd Jacuzzi tub recently (J-400 series) and couldn’t be more pleased. The tub is fantastic and the service we received has been above and beyond. Hopefully won’t be moving again soon but if we do I would definitely buy another Jacuzzi hot tub if the house didn’t have one.

You can always tell the difference between someone who 'does' their job and someone who loves their job. Kevin De Silva at the Ancaster store has been assisting me with the maintenance on our J-495. I can say without a doubt that his commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. As a new Hot Tub owner, I continue to have a lot of questions. His explanations are more than thorough - and although he must have a million clients, the guy makes you feel like you're his only one. This guy is top drawer.

This is the first Hot Tub we have owned J-365 and we have only had it for 10 days and it is beautiful addition to our yard. We also purchased the Gazebo which compliments the Hot Tub and protects us from the weather. We purchased our Tub from the Ancaster /Hamilton store and was educated on the whole process of the best Hot Tub for our family from Lauren. She was wonderful, friendly and answered all our questions. She came out to our home to ensure we were finding the best suitable place for our Tub to ensure many years of enjoyment. We are learning when to put in our chemicals and they are always there for support if needed. Thanks again.
