Quick and excellent service, the estimation of the problem was accurate and the price very reasonable.

The owner replaced my screen a couple of weeks ago. I brought it back and he took the time to trouble shoot the issues and resolved it. Turns out it was an settings issue created by me as a User, not a screen issue.
He was very patient and kind, and was not out to gouge or up-sale me.

Words can't describe the professionally and expertise Bilal has shown over the years.

He's helped repair half a dozen laptops and phones over the past three years. Every time it was faster, better, and cheaper than expected (based on my experience with other stores).

I occasionally go to a different repair store to try out, and everytime I do, I find a new reason to appreciate this place.

I needed a new port in my cell phone as it was not charging properly. Belal was incredible and explained everything patiently for me as I am not very tech savvy. Great customer service, good pricing and overall wonderful experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone with phone issues.

Absolutely wonderful service even though he didn't fix it, he helped find my problem in less the 2 days for a broken Xbox audio plug in. Helped fix one of the controllers joystick, told me the problem and told me the best way to get my audio back which was to buy another controller saved me over 80$ and didn't even get charged. If you have something broken but you dont know what is the problem, come here.

Took my phone in to get the charging port looked at as it wasn’t working. The gentleman found out that it was just dirty and fill of lint. He took the time to clean it and didn’t even charge me. He was awesome. I would recommend this place anytime.

I recommend Hotspot to my friends. I smashed my phone which was a fairly uncommon model that I wasn't ready to part with. Despite the replacement parts being hard to find, my phone was repaired and returned to me in <24 hours and there was good follow-up so that I was able to get a new back later on. I'm happy to have my phone back as good as new!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I was so impressed by Ali’s customer service today that I wanted to share it so that he can get all the business he can handle - he deserves it immensely. Back in June, I got a new battery for my iPhone 6S - a good price, at $45, which is standard for most other cell phone repair places, as these prices are set by Apple. It came with a 100-day warranty on the battery in case something happened. Over the last couple of weeks, I’d been noticing that the battery wasn’t acting normally. - not holding a charge, unexpected shutdowns, and more. A bit unusual, but knowing I had a warranty, I went back to Ali to see what the matter was. I dropped by, without an appointment, at 3: 45 - just over an hour until close. Despite no notice, and multiple other devices ahead of me in the queue, he still got my phone fixed before his 5 o’clock closing time. Better yet, he was upfront and honest - he admitted that the previous battery was defective, which is a rare occurrence, and was very apologetic about the inconvenience. With a brand new battery, at no charge, provided with basically zero heads-up, I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the hard work that Ali does. I highly encourage to use him for all your mobile repairs - he is fast, honest, extremely friendly and helpful, and is extremely fair in his pricing. You won’t be disappointed - Ali has a customer for life in me.

Super great service here! I had called when they weren't open, but someone was going in to pick something up so said he would take my phone anyways as I was passing through town to save me the drive back. Picked the phone up a few days after and it was a great quality fix. Super accommodative, quick, and affordable.

Amazing service! I Had my laptop screen repaired here about 2 months ago, my screen was flickering a little, so i came in with my invoice for warranty half expecting to be told i dropped it etc.the warranty here and service overall is great

The most wonderful little repair shop. Staff are outstanding, so friendly and repaired my phone so fast. The technician there Bill fixed my phone is 15 minutes and gave me a free screen protector for my iphone. Turns out they have another location in gatineau as well!

This place was amazing. My phone had a horrible cracked screen, so I had to find a shop to repair it in my area. I had heard of this cell phone repair shop from a close friend and she had a great experience with them. They replaced the screen so fast. Everything worked out great and cost way less than it would have at Apple. I'm thoroughly impressed with their repair skills.

Sounded too-good-to-be-true when they quoted me over phone but these guys are the real deal. Flawless repaire with top-shelf parts for an amazing price. My busted, scratched, glitched out phone looks, feels, and works like new!

Brought in my LG q Stylo Plus to have the screen replaced. My phone was repaired in a timely manner and has been working as good as new since the repair. My repair was $199 plus tax because the whole front part of the screen had to be replaced, apparently that's the deal with my sort of phone. There is also a warranty that comes with the repair. I came across this place 3 or 4 years back when i damaged my phone and have been using them since. There honest reliable and while they fix my phone they usually give me a loaner phone so im not inconvienced i highly recommend any one who needs cellphone repairs to use this service.

I dropped my phone in some water and I thought that that was the end of it, but Hotspot easily fixed it for me. I'm so happy they managed to get all my information back. I have lots of pictures of my kids and my cats that i would've been upset if i lost. I definitely would return here for help if I ever need any phone damage fixed again.

My screen was replaced 2 times in a row on my Iphone and has never worked properly! The quality of those screens, coming probably from a poor quality manufacture, certainly not from apple, was terrible. The colours were not the same at all, the swipe was not working one time out of two.
What a scam.after paying $180 for a screen I’ll have to find another store, and pay again hundreds of dollars to make it functional.
If you want to waste your time and your money, go to that store and your repairs will take months without being sure that it will work. Thanks Hotspot repairs!
