We went for the santapaws event and everyone was so friendly many doggy owners join the event. I tried to book appointment but everything was booked but they said we could just walk in and wait, so we did.

I used to take one of my dogs to Petsmart I had a bad experience, I didn't like their customer service and they all looked miserable and tired. When I found Hound & Purr I found quality, amazing customer service, and the grooming done to my dogs is amazing and they smell so good. Their fur feels soft I get compliments from other pet owners about it. I am very happy with the service we get and I would recommended to anyone interested. I love the fact that they don't keep the dogs in cages while they wait for their owners. The place is clean and has many goodies for purchase if needed.

Victoria, the owner, is passionate about the welfare of the animals in her care and does everything needed to ensure that your beloved pet is comfortable and safe. Our dog had very bad experiences at a previous groomer, which affected his ability to trust new situations and environments. Victoria and her groomers took the time and effort required to earn his trust and now he enjoys his spa appointments and so do we! The facilities are also state-of-the-art and immaculate. Cuts are done to the owner's request, to ensure that everyone leaves the salon happy.

Hound & Purr is our first but never the last grooming for Levi. They are wonderful with him and Levi always looks great after his visit. Thanks for making Levi look more handsome than ever!:)

My first time here getting my dog's and cat's nails trimmed. The staff here are so friendly and wonderful! You can immediately tell that everyone here is a serious animal lover! I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else now that I've been here! Highly recommended!

Would like to give a 6 out of 5 if I can! We have an Alaskan malamute which mean a big dog with a LOTS of shedding. When we moved to our new home, we couldn’t find a groomer who we really trust. We went back with hound & purr, even it’s 45 mins drive one way each time. But it definitely worth the drive! Our boy loves everyone there, and he always gets a lot of love and treat. They are very professional. Our boy comes back home with very shinning and smooth hair every time.

I've been coming to Hound and Purr regularly for several years and have recently brought in my rescue Korean Jindo, whose never been formally groomed (not fully sedated) before. He has always hated being brushed and would rather suffer quietly than be brushed or have the bur removed.

I was hopeless in ever being able to give him a real bath or ever see him shine as my golden would from his spa treatments at H&P.

I recommend H&P and Victoria's team hands down at the best urban groomer. For dog owners who can and love to splurge on luxurious and premium care for their furry family at fair reasonable market rates, please book with H&P and do so regularly to keep your dogs happy, clean and shining for every season.

After a few years of searching and some very unhappy doodle cuts we came across Hound and Purr. Our energetic playful dog has been going to Hound and Purr for the past two years and is always excited to see Victoria and her groomers. Every cut has been consistent and a good length and equally important is how well the cut grows. He is often complemented on his groom. So happy to have finally found a place that treats our dog so well and makes him look so amazing!

Hound and Purr always gets a 5 star from me and my Millie. They work wonders with my anxious dog:) Millie actually loves going there. ️ And she comes out so fluffy!

My dog Chia was going to a different groomer since she was born who recently retired. I was so nervous to bring her somewhere new because she is a senior and needs specific care. Hound & Purr made the transition seamless and easy.

Everyone is so kind and patient - especially Chia’s groomer, Elizabeth:) Because Chia is a senior dog w various medical concerns including skin irritation I wanted to make sure the staff could accommodate her. Allie and I have been going to Hound & Purrr for years now and I have to say that is is spoiled and pampered to the nines. Allie us a Pomeranian and I have had a few bad experiences in the past as groomers were not skilled with Poms but at the Hound & Purrr she comes out looking sassy and gorgeous. I have to give a shout out to Emily as she is fantastic. I recommend this lovely little Spa for any fur baby.

Excellent grooming services! Elizabeth takes great care with Sammy, who has anxiety and stress, always ensuring a positive experience for her. Victoria makes you feel like you are her only client. I took Bella for the first time at Hound & Purr and I couldn’t be happier! I recently booked my long-haired cat Sooty for her first cat grooming session with Victoria and her team. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial scheduling to picking Sooty up after her grooming service. Knowing that the salon provides dedicated "cat days" put me at ease, as I was unsure how my cat would do in the salon setting.

Victoria and Meaghan welcomed Sooty and I upon arrival and were ready to get started on Sooty's spa day. I felt comfortable leaving Sooty as I know she was in the best hands possible with a team who really do care and love the animals they are working with. Once Meaghan had finished grooming Sooty, I went to pick Sooty up and right away I could tell that Sooty was calm and happy even though this was a new experience for her.

After the grooming, Sooty's fur was soft, glossy, and smelled amazing. I also noticed that she was shedding less after her spa day, which in turn helped with her unfortunate hairballs. I look forward to scheduling Sooty in again with the Hound and Purr team, as I believe getting her groomed will benefit her health and wellbeing.

Well all i have to say is that our Burnadoodle went ther looking like the shaggy Da and came back looking clean shave and was wearing a bow tie.they cleaned him up just the way we asked.great service.thank you

My family brought our 7 month old puppy to Hound & Purr for the first time. Charlene is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Being first time dog owners, she even gave us some useful tips for brushing him at home! Strongly recommend.

I took Tucker, my 4 month old pup to get groomed here on Monday and am so happy! I was nervous for his first groom as I didn't want him to be scared for the rest of his life. From the minute I walked in it was a warm welcome and comforting experience. Tucker was pretty shaggy and Meaghan did a fantastic job! I am very impressed by the service and care given to my dog. It was his first grooming and I wasn't sure if he would feel comfortable being washed, blow dried and groomed. Emily (the groomer) made him feel very comfortable since they first met, playing and talking with him and I could leave the salon knowing that he would be in very caring hands. The owner was very attentive and she explained to me the entire grooming process and also that she would text me 30 min before the pick up time so I would have time to do errands before picking my dog up. When I saw him he looked amazing and very happy! What a great experience! Thank you very much to the Hound and Purr team!

I used to bring my dog before in a different salon and every time I pick him up I get disappointed - bad hair cut or poor treatment. I picked him up one time and his hair cut was + poorly done. I decided to take a look into a different salon and finally found this place. I brought my dog here twice already and there was never a disappointing appointment. My dog doesn’t seem to be too much stressed anymore after his grooming. Victoria always listened to my requests and gives us feedback as well on what to expect, especially when we brought him the first time as he was very matted. He always gets free treats at the end which we both love! They also have a dessert table and cute outfits for your dogs - definitely a chic place! The price is very reasonable. Can’t wait to bring Chichi again for his next appointment. Thank you, Victoria & staff!

I brought my baby boy Charlie for his very first grooming and he is one handful! He is full of energy and I was so impressed when I came to pick him up. He got the perfect cut. Smells like a little baby and did an overall 10/10 job! Definitely coming back. I also love their place. Very clean. The dessert table and the attire walls are very intriguing and it’s definitely a chic place. This will be Charlie’s chill spot forsure. ALSO THE BEST THIS is they are open until 9pm which is very accommodating!

My rescue dog had very long nails when I got him and I've been having them trimmed every 2-3 weeks so the vein will recede, (which is working well!) Since his nails are black and people often underestimate how close the vein is, they have been cut too short a few times before and my pup has cried out in pain. Then I began taking him to Hound & Purr and they suggested filing/grinding instead of manual cutting to eliminate the risk of this happening. It's been a fantastic way to go! They have an automatic tool that files and shapes the nails painlessly. The result is smooth nails and a happy pup! Fantastic groomers and owner Victoria is lovely as well.

Milo had his grooming experience singing with Charlene! The best cut he has ever had. Not a lot of dogs at once. Great experience for Milo. He’ll be going back.

I can't say enough good things about Hound & Purr! My very timid 1 1/2 year old Bernedoodle went in for his first ever grooming yesterday. He is quite shy with strangers, and is very nervous in new settings. We went in for a quick visit on Tuesday so that he could become a bit familiar with the spa before coming in for his groom yesterday. Victoria was so patient, calm and loving, and let George take his time sniffing around and exploring. She told me that they would work at a pace that George was comfortable with, and would give him as many breaks as he needed during his groom.
When we went in yesterday for the groom, he was nervous but immediately felt comfortable with his groomer Charlene, which is very rare for his first time meeting someone! I felt so good leaving him in their hands. The spa is immaculate, modern, has soothing music playing in the background, and the grooming section is completely transparent. I've never seen anything like it.
My boy has never looked more handsome. His coat is so soft and shiny, he smells amazing, and both Charlene and Victoria listened to my requests and gave me feedback, so I knew exactly what to expect with his cut. He looks amazing, and he is so happy!
I will be bringing him back regularly, and I recommend this place with 100% certainty to everyone! Your furbabies will be loved, pampered and will feel like a million bucks after! Thank you so much, Victoria and Charlene for an absolutely amazing experience!

Hound & Purr is amazing! I've taken my dog here 3 times now for grooming and have been super impressed each time. Not only does my dog come out all soft and sparkly, but we've noticed a significant decrease in his fur shedding as well. Victoria and her crew really take great care in the work they do. And talking about grooming I will share a picture you can see for yourself what an amazing job they have done. We took our 3 month old puppy mini-schnauzer, Earl Grey for a grooming. Victoria and groomer Julia were extremely professional, and put a lot of time and care to ensure that our puppy enjoyed his first experience with grooming, including hand-stripping. He fell asleep while on the table, but they were patient and allowed him to rest. We came back to our pleasant surprise to a nicely groomed and happy puppy. We highly recommend Hound and Purr and will come back soon!

I've been looking for a good groomer for ages since bichons are NOT easy to groom. Other groomers normally give my dog a puppy cut, which is not the standard bichon look. Elizabeth did an amazing job and carefully used scissors to achieve the bichon ball shaped head. I highly recommend and I'll be coming back again! Victoria (the owner) was so kind and took the time to understand what I wanted before I came in. Booking was also super easy and can be done online. Pepsi was $100 + $20 whitening treatment. Thank you again for making my Pepsi so clean for the summer!

One of the best experiences for pet grooming in the area. Our boy Rue hates getting his nails done and isn't very fond of most people and they are very patient when dealing with his needs. We have bought several products at their location such as CBD oil to help calm Rue and many locally sourced treats. They even have a few products most pet stores don't carry such as glow in the dark leashes and LED leashes coming in early next year. We will continue to come back and use their services again and again.
