I wanted to get my hair done because I absolutely was so lazy to wash my own hair since it's so long and thick. I normally go to Blo Dry Bar but my girl wasn't working. So I decided to go to a place close to home.
I had Gagan do my hair and surprisingly she did a great job. I am a Caribbean female who has thick curly hair and Gagan was able to blow dry it perfectly and style it. She also trimmed off any dead ends I had.
I was charged $50 for wash, trim and style. I personally thought this was a great steal, based off the results. They use high end products.
Gagan also massages your scalp really well and does a few pressure points to help you relax. Thank you Gagan.
Will see you again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at House of Glam Salon and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I arrived on time for my appointment, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over an hour before my session started. What made matters worse was the fact that I was made to wait in the waxing room on the table, and to my dismay, the staff completely ignored me.
After patiently asking them three times to start my appointment, they finally acknowledged me. Their explanation for the delay was that the previous customer was an hour late, yet they still gave them my spot. This reasoning made absolutely no sense to me. I believe that if someone is late, it's the salon's responsibility to cancel or reschedule their appointment, rather than inconveniencing other clients.
To make matters worse, the staff members assigned to me, including two international students, were incredibly slow and appeared to be under-qualified. Throughout the session, they kept knocking things over and seemed confused about what they were doing. This resulted in constant back and forth between chairs, as they couldn't figure out how to proceed. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
My sister even texted me during the appointment to inform me that the stylist seemed to be merely pretending to work on my hair. This further confirmed my suspicions that the staff at House of Glam were not taking their responsibilities seriously. If zero stars was an option I would have left them it.

The service is very good and fast. I did the hair cutting when my friends see my hair cut then they say your hair is so pretty and ask about the salon where u did so my experience was good

Me and my friend went for hair styling and they did amazing job. I will recommend others too for this place.

Woke up spontaneous today - searched salons in Brampton, this one def caught my eye and I’m glad it did. I’m always super hesitant of cutting my hair (as I had numerous bad experiences), but walking in (without an appointment) and was able to get a wash/cut/style done with great results, made me feel so much better! I will be going back often! Thank you for making my hair look beautiful!
