I came for cleaning my ear. One oe my ear was blocked by wax. Dr.was very patient and explained very nicely also cleaned ear wax quickly and also got an appoinment very quickly. Overall it was a good experience.

Super friendly, quick and efficient appointment. I felt comfortable the entire time. Def recommend!

Went for an ear wax removal two days ago - turned out my ears are shining bright like a diamond lol, no cleaning needed. But was pretty cool to see my ear canals on the screen. Both the receptionist and the doctor are very nice and polite. Didn’t charge me the consult fee

I just came back from an ear wax removal at the House of Hearing Clinic at the 3833 Midland Avenue location and was so impressed with the experience that I have to write this review. Suhyun was so professional and gentle in her approach, it made my experience a really positive and painless one. The place is clean and well-run with a very knowledgeable and helpful administrative assistant assisting the patients. What a wonderful experience indeed. Thank you

Legina is simply amazing. Legina listened to what I as her patient was explaining, which is a brilliant skill in itself. I haven't been to other Hearing Clinics however, I'd highly recommend House of Hearing. The staff were nice and the procedure was quick. What more could you ask for.

Gina the audiologist was very responsive to my queries. She attended very professional to my situation and explained thoroughly my present status after the test. Then she gave me options to consider regarding what would be a better type of hearing aid that I can afford. She placed me on a Resound type of hearing aid for a week demo. I had appointment for earwax removal with Suhyun. Their office can be hard to find but they were helpful with directions. The people there are really nice and caring. They are very professional and I had a great experience.

Legina is amazing. Over the past couple of weeks she looked after a couple of issues with my hearing aids that pertained as much to my phone as it did to the hearing aids. She stuck with me until the issue was fixed. Great care, friendly and professional. Thank you

Last Week went to this clinic and cleared my wax, to my goodness i am now able to hear clearly after long struggle. Legina who helped me to remove the wax was great patience and there is no pain while removing. I would recommend strongly to go to this place.

Just had my ear checkup for wax and minor irritation done in this clinic. Amanda and the doctor were very professional, from the appointment booking to the clinic visit. A few years ago I had my Hearing Test as part of my regular checkup at the House of Hearing clinic in Mazor MacKenzie Dr, also was handled by a very profesional personnel. Highly recommended!
