Ms. Kuldip Genwal has been providing her expertise with his hearing aids from day one and I must say, she is the consummate professional: Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and understanding. On the rare occasion when there was a minor technical hiccup or two with the hearing aids, Ms. Grenwal has always taken calls right away and made arrangements to find time to see him and correct the issue a.s. Office - It was cleaned and followed covid protocols. There is seating and information freely available to browse through.

Services - There is a multitude of services, and I will definitely be back to ensure the health of my ear.

EDIT - I came back to an actual ear checkup, and I'm glad I did. I did a battery of hearing tests. They were thorough and had the latest equipment. The doctor was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took great concern with my ears and referred me to an ENT.

I was stressed out about my toddler test, but the team was professional to work with kids, and we did it great. It was such a great experience that my son didn't like to leave.

Kathy had a phone call with my wife for a hearing aid consultation. She was incredibly helpful, gave amazing and compassionate advice and really made a difference in our lives. Thank you so much.

Had an excellent experience with my 4 year old. Maryam was exceptional keeping my 4 year old engaged and comfortable throughout the exam. Would definitely recommend her for any small children.

I was supplied an in the ear hearing aid on my request, however the hearing aid was not to my satisfaction, and they took it back and supplied me with a better choice, no question asked.

My 5 years old son had an appointment with Kathy in Vaughan location, she is fantastic, really patient and knowledgeable. She knows how to communicate with kids who are not cooperative. We had a great experience with her.

I recently had a appointment with Kathy Gewer and she was fantastic! Kathy is a very knowledgeable hearing instrument specialist and expertly adjusted my hearing aids. I was impressed with the modern testing equipment in use and also Kathy’s skill at handling my WSIB claim. And finally I must mention the warm welcome Kathy gave me to start off the appointment made the entire experience very pleasant. I would recommend House of Hearing to my friends and family.

Visited The Hearing Clinic on Rutherford Rd.in Maple for ear wax removal. Woke up one morning and could barely hear out of my right ear. From setting up my appointment to the actual procedure it was quick, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Walked in due to not being able to hear very well. I assumed it was a blockage in my ear. They were able to take a look and fox it all in the same day! Such a difference. Thank you.

I had a very good experience. The hearing aids were $1,700.00 cheaper than a previous quote. They gave me an itemized account. They went to the extra trouble of doing molds. I couldn’t hear anything because of the molds and Kathy stepped away to a safe distance and mouthed the words for me. Masks are hard for people who rely on speech reading.

We had such a great experience with Kathy at the House of Hearing. My son is 4.5 years old, limited verbal and on the spectrum so I was nervous about how our appointment would go as I knew he was going to meltdown. Kathy was so exceptional with him! While she let him get used to the room she explained everything to me, the flow of how she would do the tests as well as strategies. She also answered my questions about earwax buildup that he is having, and when the testing was done she told me the results to do with the earwax so that really set me at ease. I have to mention also that my son screamed and kicked in the beginning (I am still so sorry Kathy!) She stayed calm and was able to do all of the testing, she truly is amazing! The lady at the front was also extremely nice and welcoming. Thank you ladies again for being so warm and compassionate with my son!

I came for a ear wax removal, Dr. Aliya assisted me and made this a great experience. She’s very attentive and informative on the process, that made it easy and fast. I wasn’t able to hear for a few days and now my ear is all better. She recommended what Oil I should use to keep my ear clean. This clinic is clean and professional.

Wonderful experience! We took our 18 month toddler for his basic audio tests and I must say that the staff including the doctor were very welcoming. The doctor conducted the tests very professionally and explained us all the tests and its results thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Booking an appointment online was super quick and easy, I got inspected by the doctor as soon as I arrived. Fortunately I wasn’t in need of a cleaning and I was happy to in and out of there so quickly. The staff was super friendly and helpful giving other tips as to why I may have discomfort. Would definitely recommend the Vaughan location due to how great my experience with the staff was!

Kathy Gewer is the best! She is very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and patient. I have an engineering background and flooded her with many questions and she promptly responded with detailed answers. I live in the USA and my hearing aids were programmed and delivered within six days (which included a weekend). - ***** 5 Stars.

I saw Aliya who was incredibly kind and thorough and compassionate in administering a hearing test and explaining the results. I could not recommend this place (and Aliya) highly enough. Felt very safe with COVID protocols in place. I will be sending everyone I know to Aliya for their hearing needs.

The staff at this clinic was very diligent with completing the hearing test for my 3 year old son, despite his understandable protest against having small objects plugged in his ears. Most places would've given up. I'm very grateful for your work.
