I always feel comfortable and welcome in this clinic. Susan is an amazing receptionist. And Ray is a wonderful person. I am one of the ppl who doesn't usually wear my hearing aid device. But for my own good, Ray took the time and patience to guide me in understanding the use of wearing hearing aids. A great professional person. I highly recommend this place.

Professional, attentive & courteous service. Ultra clean facility. I had blockage in my right ear that caused a reduction of hearing. During my appointment the wax blockage was slowly gently warmly removed. I am thrilled with the work done and the result and the very reasonable pricing. I would give an extra star if I could.

Thank you Kuldip Grewal for removing my ear wax. It really bothered me because even though I was able to hear, I couldn't hear as well as my right ear. Especially since I have online class, I couldn't hear that well sometimes so I always had to put my volume up high. Thank you for educating me about my ear and I now have more knowledge.

It was an amazing experience. The place was so clean and spacious. Ear wax removal process was pleasant enough to make me feel comfortable. It was professionally done. I even enjoyed it. After the removal of ear wax, they give you complimentary hearing test. I forgot his last name but the person who was in charge was very patient & kind as well. I recommend this place to anyone with ear wax issue or hearing issue. No more Q-tip or ear wax removal kit for me. Instead, I will visit this place regularly.

My mother was completely satisfied with the service she received at House of Hearing. Her ears were extremely blocked with wax and therefore she was practically deaf and hard of hearing. This situation was going on for about 3 months and progressively getting worse. Her ears were full of wax because she was unable to see her family doctor in person for over a year because of the covid pandemic restrictions (virtual visits are not adequate when it comes to cleaning wax out of our elderly people's ears).

We noticed that her cognitive abilities were declining as a result of her not hearing and she was starting to withdraw and become more frustrated in her communication with others. This is a woman who normally is extremely sharp, intelligent, and social. We tried to get her to see an ENT specialist, but both places that we tried to get her a referral to was over a 2-3 month wait. We couldn't take the risk of her going another week in that state much less 2-3 months. After much prayer and research I found out about the House of Hearing and contacted the Scarborough Clinic.

Within less than 24 hours they contacted me back and heard my story about my mother with great compassion. Realizing the urgency of her plight, they booked her an appointment at a different location other than the Scarborough one where she would be able to be seen the following day. Dr. Andrew at the Keele and Finch location was very professional, caring, and competent in removing the wax in both ears. He spent time afterwards testing her hearing and consulting about potential hearing aids if my mother chose to get hearing aids in the future.

Her hearing had immediately improved after the removal of the wax and she was back to her old self in no time. All of her family and friends are so relieved and happy to see her living out her full potential and the quality of her life back to normal. If it wasn't for the House of Hearing we would still be in the dilemma we were in painfully watching my mom's slow deterioration of her brain due to hearing loss. In many ways this clinic was a life saver to all of us, especially mom. I will definitely help to promote this place to many seniors and people in general and gladly recommend House of Hearing Clinic as a first choice place to go for ear wax cleaning, hearing testing, and hearing aids.

Andrew Nguyen just helped me to buy my first pair of hearing aids. The process was seamless with Andrew. He is a bright young man that easily explains the process of understanding how the Resound hearing aids work. I had to send in my hearing test that I had done the week before. I decided what pair I was interested in. They were on my door step in about 5 days. I do a lot of swimming. Her recommended a ear dryer. It is awesome. He sent me a link so he could help me set up the Resound 3D app on my phone. From Canada to Kansas City he tuned my hearing aids for my hearing. The technology that he used was unbelievable. I could see him and he could see me. It was like I was sitting in his office. He explained about charging, how to put the hearing aids in and shared with me, what I could expect. I have a meeting with him in two weeks to see if I need any changes. It was a great experience. The price was right. The Company is House of Hearing.

House of Hearing is amazing! Andrew was very kind and helpful, answering any questions I had and walking me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on. During these COVID times, everything was very clean, proper protocols were in place and I felt very comfortable!
