Went to the home depot & home hardware and couldn't get the help or information i needed, but at Household Plumbing I got the customer service that all the other places are missing right now and solved my problem saved me money all because of Household Plumbing. If you need anything for your plumbing make sure your first stop is Household Plumbing!

I have been a repeat customer of Household Plumbing and have been impressed every time with the excellent customer service in store and staff that come out to complete the work. Most recently Robin and the team went above and beyond to assist with a poor Reliance experience where I had no hot water for a week. They gave direction in best options for purchasing and worked in the new installation amongst their very busy schedule so I would have hot water as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Went in there with nothing but an unbranded faucet cartridge and left with exactly what I needed. Even the set screw they recommend worked. Super friendly and helpful. I never leave reviews, but this place impressed me. Thank you for all of your help! On the way out I also noticed they had very nice faucet sets at very good prices.

We just renovated our bathroom. We purchased many of the items for the bathroom from Household plumbing. The items are top quality and I was able to plan for our new bathroom. Katie, an employee, was a great help with the process. She answered numerous questions and helped me with picking the items best for me. It was a nice experience!

I have had Household Plumbing for over fifteen years and have always found this local, family owned and operated business to provide reliable, reasonably priced, excellent service. Recently there was the start of a sewer backup in the basement. Robin, the longtime dispatcher and brother of the owner, declared an emergent emergency and had Tom, our resourceful emergency plumber to us in three hours. Stephen, his hard working assistant, carried the enormous “snake” apparatus down to the basement. In under two hours they had what could have been a catastrophic situation resolved. I highly recommend the camming of the sewer, which they afterwards did, as it ensures full knowledge of the system. Two days later Tom came back with Plumber Apprentice, Jackson and did some needed work. Jackson did a superb job of taking out our old “rotted in place” upstairs’ washroom basin faucet and installing a new set. We are fortunate to also now have a lovely German made kitchen demo faucet, recently retired from their showroom — so great price — as our new kitchen faucet. Excellent service and value for over fifteen years — thank you!

They were fine for basic needs but when I needed to return something (with my receipt) they didn't return the taxes. Buyer beware unless you know you won't need a return.

Solid service by Matt. Did a great job on installing a toilet and fixing a crack in the water shut off valve. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

This company DOES NOT stand by their warranty if the company product they install goes out of business. My sister used this company to install a shower in her home and the glass doors shattered while closing them one morning. The shower stall was still under warranty but this company refused to assist them because the product company was no longer in business. Instead they offered them a new unit out of HER POCKET! If you use this company research products they are using for the install and call that company to be sure that they will be in business for the time period of your warranty or use a business that will honour the warranty regardless of their company product warranty. My sister is retired and she can’t afford new install out of her own pocket.

Worst service provider ever. Sent two emails for service received feedback asking for my number but never got a call back. Finally called them and was told to text my information. I asked why they put an email feedback form on their website was told to just text. Waited for two days for feedback was told it would take a couple more days a week later no response. Business must be good when you can just ignore customers.

Went in with a model and brand of a specific pump I needed and I received a friendly phone call the next day advising me that it had arrived.

I have now had two bathrooms and my laundry room renovated by Household Plumbing. They have done a magnificent job. Ken is wonderful to work with, he takes all the anxiety out of getting a renovation done. He is unwaveringly cheerful, very creative and a hard worker who cleans up everyday. He does every thing possible to make sure the client is happy with the end result. The rest of the crew is great as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've used Household Plumbing many times over the years and have no complaints. Most recently I was looking for a part for a Kohler toilet, (which it turns out no one in Canada stocks). The member of staff I dealt with spent a good deal of time figuring out which toilet it was and ended up printing out a parts list for me so that I could get the part direct from Kohler. Great service.
