Excellent service from HouseMaster. We booked with Michael on a very short notice and he was very accommodating. Clark showed up right on time at the property. He took good two hours for a thorough inspection of the townhouse we were looking to buy. He was very patient as we asked him lots of questions.

He shared insights as he went from the exterior to the interior of the property, also giving us helpful tips on how to maintain the different aspects of the property. A few things he shared were very helpful to us in making our decision.

Michael performed my home inspection from House Master. I have to say it was way more thorough than I was expecting or even hoping for. As a large purchase of a 100 year old home, Michael's knowledge and thoroughness help reassure me that I could move forward with a clear picture of the home, required maintenance, costs, etc. I was also really impressed by how focused Michael was on answering any questions, concerns, priorities I had while he was doing his inspection. Had a great experience with HouseMasters, even though I had a very last minute Sunday evening appointment request, Michael was able to get on the phone right away and accommodate for an inspection the next day. Clark came the next afternoon and did a thorough inspection of the attic and roof, discovered issues, and gave us a solid plan of action. Report with photos was ready by the evening.
