Great place to work. Management wasn't worried about getting their hands dirty to help out. Friendly environment and great people to work with. I've never gone back to a job that I've left, however this is the only place I'd make an exception for. I would highly recommend working here if you get the opportunity.

Worked here for almost 3.5 years met some of the best people I have ever worked with. It was a good experience. Lots of advancement opportunities in the company coming in the next coming months with the Toyota Launch!

The Human Resources woman May is tearing the place down. She only talks to employees alone in the office EVEN WHEN THEY REQUEST TO HAVE THE MANAGER WITH THEM and when she does she verbally abuses, threatens and harrasses the people. She takes sides of people while not giving others the chance to have a say in any matter. Many people have lost their jobs under false pretences because of her and honestly she needs to be fired. Ever since she came to the factory its been a joke, she targets and patronizes the employees if they dont do what she wants and she discriminates againts the people that are not origionally from here. Do not work here because she will find a way to have u fired if you dont do what she wants which are things that u have a right not to do. STAY AWAY FROM HOWA CANADA.
