Howard Johnson by Wyndham Niagara Falls

We cane for a quick get away and was pleased to find the room clean and the staff was very friendly. I honestly didn't see the reviews before coming but was pleased and will definitely come back again. I will note that it isn't by the falls or attractions but the price and quality is great.

There were dents in the walls and the
lights weren't bright enough, and washroom tap was hard enough it's just in the middle.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that the workers were nice. The room was dirty, the bathroom floor was always weirdly wet, the toilet rocked back and forth because it was not bolted down. The bathroom always smelled like weed, and the bed mattresses were mushy. The breakfast in the morning was skimpy so I was glad there was a Tim Hortons nearby.

Rooms are not up to the mark i mean standard of room is way too old they need to modify it no microwave in rooms even ac is way too old as well

Tired building. Intimidating exterior and people lounging around outside their rooms. Room has had some upgrades. Tiny shower stall, but it is new. Good AC and comfortable bed. Pool was nice to have.

The Pictures displayed on the booking Websites are far overstates what the real condition of the Room, Bedrooms, Beds, Carpet, Furniture, Appliances, TV, Wall Outlets, Bathroom Counter, Bathtub, and Sink! To say the least, the condition of the Hotel and Rooms in general, are deplorable. I would like the city to conduct an inspection for the hotel as it's outdated needs a renovation very disappointed

I was visiting a family member staying there for a short time, the room was adiqat buta little tired, they could have updated the washroom, it was tired, and there could be more storage

Garbage place recommend not go there also they made their own role when you booking doesn’t motion about parking at all when you get there asking people for $10 parking they are scammers

The room was not clean and full of smoke smell. Ppl spit in corners. A really bad place to stay with family.

Room was okay for the price, beds are comfy, but pillows a little stained, nightstand had stuff dripping down it and some stains on the wall beside the bed, bathroom had a mangled ceiling with tiles hanging out, vent hanging half out and stains all over the tiles, cobwebs in the bathroom around the corners. Tv was on top of the tv cabinet since it was too big. No fridge or microwave, short breakfast time, outdated jacuzzi tub in my room, broken bathroom door that doesn’t shut, room needed vacuumed, and outrageous to charge 10$ a day for parking in the middle of winter being that far from the falls. The wifi was also spotty, and a lot of things wouldn’t load. I guess you get what you pay for, didn’t mind our stay just not sure if I’d return.

Friendly employees, rooms are very nice, smells amazing when walking in. Over im very happen with this place and I always come back.

Only complaint is jacuzzi tub jets didn't work.only went for tub. Also no fridge? Lol but otherwise great!

Very bad place to stay. The motel is really old and run down. Furniture and bathroom really old. The cleanliness is not good. These place needs a major renovation.

Have a lot to say, but I will tell you a few things.

Breakfast without egg.
I am surprised that I lost my 500$, and my wife lost her wristwatch as well.
I called them to please confirm if they found anything or not. They said we would come back to you in any case found or not, but still not answer.
The washroom and especially shower area were pathetic. You can't even move yourself and also no place to put your shampoo or any other item.

1st time, I am giving these types of comments to any time I stayed.

Internet is super bad less than 1 mb speed. And Rooms smells too much like dog and cannabis. Parking is 15 dollar per day. Rooms have no microwave. The only good thing can be free breakfast.

Not for families! Is smelly, dirty, and so bad that we needed to pack and leave with losses and pay another hotel.
But one good thing is that thes staff is very cooperative friendly they really try to accommodate us till their possibilities, I want to start appreciating that because it was the only good think from this hotel.
The costumers are smoking all kind of things everywhere, this place is not for families, just stay away if you have kids, or allergies or if you appreciate peace and goodness.
The rooms are extremely dirty and stinky! They hide the nasty smells by throwing some aromas that banish after a few hours and then the reality appear.
It was so bad that it triggered every allergy to the extent that I need to leave the hotel carrying my losses and pay another one, it was bad!
Rooms are smoked and the dog stench is present all over the room, the bed the walls, carpets and everything.
The staff offered another 2 rooms that was same dirty, smoky and stinky I couldn't stay.
The carpets are stained and disgusting.
Non carpeted rooms are also dirty, smoky & stinky.
Parking is $10 dollar extra.
As many other cheap hotels around they have in the amenities mention a pool that serve the only purpose to put one extra star in their bad quality hotel, but they have just a hole in the ground without water.
All the experience was bad, sorry.

At 1 am could here someone trying to get in our room. Figured it was just someone drunk that forgot what room they were in but then the door opened. Front clerk let people in our room so of course I wad angry especially when the clerk acted like it's no big deal and try turning it on me that we went in wrong room. I am not sure how that's possible since we had key for the room. Worst Howard Johnson ever. Will definitely not be coming back

FRIENDS OF MINE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND GOT BED BUG BITES ALL OVER THEM! THIER CHILDREN SUFFERED AND THE PARENTS SUFFERED AND HOWARD JOHNSONS REFUSE TO ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY! DO NOT STAY AT THEIR HOTEL! THEY DIDNT EVEN GET COMPENSATED!

Where to start? The room was terrible, don't get me started on the BEDS a whole disaster! The beds made me want to go outside and sleep on the SNOW, probably would be more comfortable! Very outdated, and the carpet NEEDS to be replaced, cigarette burns everywhere! The scent of cigarettes was intoxicating, made everyone nausea, burned my nostrils, and had to open the door to air out the room. The only positive thing about this whole experience was the water pressure. You get what you pay for.

If I could leave a zero, I would. Bed bugs, mold, and racist workers. My sheets had what seemed like blood and something brown. The garbage was FULL, and when I complained to the manager he hung up on me. Disgusting!

The room was nice and comfortable but the service was horrible, I had to leave early for work and my partner who was staying in the room with me was going to pay for that day. I told them to run my credit card and the guy said it was good. Later they were banging on the door trying to get more money out of me and kept saying we didn't pay. Also when I was checking out I went to get breakfast and the person kept asking me if I'm even staying there after I showed him my keycard and told him the name and room number. Never staying there again. Also very hard time getting our deposit back

Whole place stank of cigarettes, especially the "non-smoking room. " If you can spare the cash for a better place, I recommend doing that. The best I can say about it is that I don't think I got bed bugs. They make you pay $10 a night for parking as well.

One of the worst hotels/motels I’ve stayed in. The odou of stale cigarettes and mustiness from carpet hits you as soon as you enter the room. Kids running up and down and banging stuff was so irritating at 12am. The toilet barely flushed and furniture looked so worn out. I chose this place through “Hoteltonight” since I had to use a credit with them, but their description and reviews did not give me the impression it was so bad.

Booked by calling hotel spoke with a nice man who even offered an upgrade for a spontaneous night away.

Don't go to this place at all they cockroaches. We kill it in one of drawers and brought to man in front desk he gave us a refund and we left fast.

Water in room don't work, couldn't shower or get a drink.web site pictures somewhat deceiving

Five stars due to friendly service. Rooms are decent for the price range. Location is convinient.
