I can tell you without a doubt with my experience you are in the right spot. I not only had a terrible moment that resulted in multiple surgeries and physio but I was also bullied by the defense insurance council in multiple ways. At that time I discovered I had weak council (another firm) and was smart enough to realize it. I released them of their duties as I knew that they were not going to get me the result I desired for all I was and had been going through. I needed a strong firm to represent me. I called Adam Wagman well after working hours one evening, left a message and within 30 minutes he had called me back. I was invited to his office the following week to go over the details of my case and injuries sustained. My team included Adam and Melissa Miller. I'd love to been on the other end of the call to the defense council when they found out that Adam and Melissa were now in my corner. Both Adam and Melissa were very good at explaining to me the legal system regarding personal injuries. Its a complicated system. You might think accident occurs, injuries, rehab, payment. Nope. You need good strong council to navigate all this and Howie, Sacks and Henry will do this for you. Adam and Melissa showed compassion, gave education, advise and results. I had Melissa represent me during a Mediation and loved her fight. Melissa was not happy at times with the defenses attitude toward my case and at no point was Mellissa going to give in. My case lasted many years. At no point did Adam or Melissa give in to the defense or ask me to take a settlement that was not reasonable. And because of their patience and expertise we got a result. Adam and I met when the case was officially settled. We had a lovely personal conversation. I hope to see Adam and Melissa in the near future for a coffee. Good people.
