They were great with communication but the cost of a small bin was 375 iv ordered bigger bins for less. Always shop around find a good deal.

From start to finish, dealing with Mike was a breeze, which took so much stress off of an already stress - filled reno. Having a bin that is dropped of and taken away is so much easier than making a thousand trips to the transfer station/ dump. He made sure to place the bin in the most convenient spot possible for our us, and was so kind and professional while doing so. The bins are great, too. There is a door so you can walk in, or you can close and lock it to throw things over into the bin when it gets more filled up. We found the price Very reasonable.we had the bin for a full week and never had any issues. But I'm sure that if we did, they would have been resolved quickly. Can't say enough good things!
