For the first time I approached the agency for job. No doubt by far the best decision of my life was to start with HR Associates. Just after 5 months of an employment I got a Gov.contract. Idk why there are so many fake comments. These guys scammed me out of 300$ and it’s so sad because I’m an international student to Canada. I also have all the receipts I wish I could post here. I really do not care if you know who I am. I think people need to know the truth about ur business model. They will tell you to pay for a background check and then ghost u after u pay.

Normally I don’t bother giving reviews but today with huge disappointment I am writing this review. I applied for one of the positions on LinkedIn and within an hour I got a call and Carmen fixed me an interview the next day. I had work the next day but I was willing to ignore all the bad reviews of this firm and be optimistic and try my luck for once.so I did the interview the next day and as expected it went well. I heard from my manager that they sent her set of question asking about me. It was more than 2-3 weeks since the interview and I didn’t hear anything so I sent Carmen a follow up mail and waited for at least a week for her reply. She never replied to my mail so I mailed the HR department (I had their mail contact since they sent me the mail to fill up the form for references). It’s been more than 5 days that the HR department also failed to reply to my mail. I know that I shouldn’t expect to get selected right away because I understand the Canadian job market has a fierce competition but they should at least reply to the mail rather than ghosting. Their company page says they have 20 years of experience and that they value their employees and clients, I don’t have idea what they are talking about provided such unprofessionalism on their side. Really really disappointed!

HRA are the best agency I have ever worked with, hands down. Professional, supportive and very prompt in their approach. I would definitely recommend someone who's been looking for roles related with the finance, business analysis, IT profile.
