Unknowledgeable. They had a promotion but once they were asked about it, they said it was for people on welfare. Why display something in the mall if you are targeting low-income families. Got an estimate and it was about 3-5k lower in return than when I would do it myself. Never filing with HR block - they just do the basics and nothing more for you.

The accountant communicated clearly about which items were taxable and what weren't. I was very impressed by the way he was able to take care of my taxes for multiple years in a short amount of time. He made me feel calm and reassured that my taxes would be sent out properly and the time frame. Great experience
