Absolutely unprofessional service! The first accountant they assigned to me could barely speak English and could not answer any of my questions (I am self-employed beginner so needed some basic information on write-offs and expenses). I asked them to change the person and the next one now only knew nothing on the same questions but also made multiple mistakes in my files like the address, business activity name and so on. I am afraid what he did in my tax file. I went there as my friend recommended saying that H&R Block is more reliable on the CRA point of view. Hope I won't get audited and will have no issues later on but definitely never back to this place again.
