I don't usually leave reviews, but Terry was exceptional! He really took his time to get the best result for my situation. He was so knowledgeable and detailed and made sure I understood the whole process. I had 3 slips to file and he worked pass office hours to make sure everything was correct. Thank you Terry!

Laura was very friendly and helpful. She helped me get a great return! She took her time and did not rush with me. I felt very well taken care of with her. I will be returning to see Laura next year for sure!

Walked in today without an appointment and I was immediately helped. Jeanine is absolutely knowledgeable about taxes and she patiently walked me through the process step by step and she’s a wonderful and kind lady. I would definitely come back here next year.

Laura was friendly & helpful. Overall good customer service but Jeanine although nice gave me an appointment but wasn’t there on the day of the appointment. Also I finally got my taxes filed on my 4th visit, which I feel was a downer given that I visited from Scarborough

Very professional and excellent service. Elaine Ng was our consultant and we did good decision to pay, I did get a student discount. Their senior tax specialist was knowledgeable, also Elaine explained all of our refunds and took amount of time to explain to us, make sure that we get the best service, she was very patient with my toddler crying and playing around. You get what you pay for, fast and accurate service. Would higly recommend this place. Thank you!

Wait time was around 3 1/2 hours and there was no one at the front to address this for the first 2 hours. Once I sat with Elaine she was very professional and provided an amazing service and really took time to explain each step and give me tips to maximize my return for next year as well. Her service was definitely 5/5 but the wait time and lack of customer service in the beginning severely lowered the score I would have given overall
