H&R Block

This H&R Block location has elevated its standard compared to previous years that I have filed my taxes there. There was a bit of a wait time from my scheduled appointment but it didn't take too long (just 10 minutes). However, the actual tax preparation service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with my assigned Tax Professional who was very thorough and clearly explained each step along the way. There was a somewhat complex issue relating to one aspect of my filing, but he took every measure to investigate and made sure that it was filed correctly. Overall, I felt it was a good experience and would definitely file my taxes there again next year.

I received a very professional service, all questions were clarified and Olga B (Tax Pro) was so diligent and kind. Next year, definitely, I will come back!

I would highly recommend this location! Bob at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the tax expert was knowledgeable and helpful as well. I will definitely return next year!

I made an appointment at 1pm on Saturday and showed up on time. The front desk person Bob just made me wait for an hour and sent walk-in candidates ahead of me. I told him twice that I have an appointment at 1pm and even before I finished my sentence he interrupts me and just asked to wait along with walk-in candidates. He needs to learn to organize the calendar and better serve people.

Bob and Olga were great to me when I first came in and Jamal pulled in some big hours to file my returns including working on the weekend, huge thanks to the team!

This office has changed its staff and is MUCH better this year. I was able to make an appointment easily and was seen right on time.

I was seen within 10 minutes if arriving. Bob on the front desk was very helpful and friendly! My account was handled by Olga who was extremely patient with me as I had a few questions, and explained every step of the process, including letting me know things I could claim that I didn't even know! The whole thing was sorted within 30 min and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend this location and these associates. Thank you and see you next year.

Read the reviews and confirmed the non-existent work ethic and absolute lack of customer service. Came an hour before closing, and despite having two staff present, they told me to come back another day. I went to the hbc location where they respect customers.

Had my taxes done here last april. Woman who handled it took literally 10 tries to have my taxes filed. It was 6 weeks worth of tax. How hard could that be? Also, CRA emailed me due to not having enough information about my filing. I called this office about it and they said they will charge me 75CAD for it. LOL. Are you kidding me? Having a terrible service doesn't even cut it. This is literally a rip off. You guys don't deserve any amount of money for your service. Ridiculous how you guys are still in business.
