Amazing customer service, Came in towards closing and Gil went above and beyond his duty to help me get my refund in time to deal with a family emergency. Amazing work with understanding people. Just try to get in during more regular times.unlike me.

Sana is an outstanding representative for HR Block.

Sana has gone above and beyond my expectations. I was under a time crunch for various reasons and she come through when I needed it most. That effort made on her part is seldom found in people these days - she's definitely a keeper. Sana was knowledgeable and demonstrated ways to reduce costs. She also was able to walk me through an online system with great ease. I have no doubt about using HR Block in the future.

Went about 2 years ago because I went to file with TurboTax and saw that I did not qualify for a return. H&R Block's advertising said that they "find the money" for us, so I figured I was doing something wrong or missing something. I get there and Sana does my filing, she rushed me along, spoke very fast and mentioned casually "you owe $1,300" some odd dollars, I thought she misspoke because it was approximately the same amount as my tuition and figured that is what she meant. When I go home and check CRA, sure enough, states that I owe over 2k. I called the 1-800 number and they acted as if it was urgent and said they would call back to reassess. Never received a phone call. I then had a friend come over who was previously a "tax specialist" with H&R and we used the H&R software because she said it should come out the same amount. The software shows me owing around $400, just like TurboTax. Where did Sana go wrong? I'm unsure but now I do my own taxes, you have to trust people dealing with your money.

This place is a waste of time don't go here, the girl here said she needed the proper and right name for her to get authorization to do my taxes, she also asked if I had a second name? My name is on my sin card with my sin number? I went to liberty tax and all the did was take my sin number, called someone up from the government and said come back in a hour, and I got my tax return, no problem, My aunt used to work for the cra, she only asked for my sin number and my full name and that's it? And I was told how much I was getting back, I don't understand how a tiny business like liberty does it so easy, but a big time corruption business like this one gives you the runn around and waste 3 hours of your day like thanks for nothing

Absolutely fabulous, AnneChristine was so attentive, courteous and solicitous. I did my business tax returns with her easily. Such a kindhearted professional. Thank you H&R Block

Went to another H&R block in Vaughan and they completely messed up my taxes and gave me such a headache. But Gil at Cedar pointe H&R was fantastic and helped sort out everything. He was professional, explained everything so it was easy to understand and very helpful. I will be coming to this H&R block from now on!

Best H&R Block Ive been too yet! After being turned away for walkins at the other barrie locations. This location accommodated! Cheryl on the front desk was very helpful, polite and welcoming! I will definitely return to do my taxes again!

I had an appointment for 1400 on Sunday 19 Mar 2023. So arrived 10 min early to meet my timing. Lady running the front desk was very unorganized and asked me multiple times who I was here to see even after checking in. She was unable to print documents and had staff running around from printer to printer blaming her computer. 1445 finally sat down with the agent. Not impressed. Pratham was excellent, got my return done. Waiting to pay and the receptionist is now busy doing taxes dealing with other clients. Finally after 1hr 40min, I am out of the office. Will seriously think of using a different provider next year.

I had an appointment booked for 1: 30pm and sat waiting until 3: 50pm - the woman working front desk is unorganized, forgetting and mixing clients up, leaving people on hold and forgetting about them, improperly doing intakes and then having to go back for additional info like ID, filling out forms etc, after 2 hours I spoke up and she said do you have an appointment- meanwhile that was the first thing I said to her when I walked in. “Hi I’m here for an appointment at 1: 30 pm” and I was 10 minutes early. Filled out the paperwork showed ID and just sat there for over 2 hours!

Once finally seen Gil was great, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable he did what he could to rectify the wait time and I appreciated that.
