First time doing my taxes in Canada.
I met Noel and his team.
I was welcomed by a very nice lady who was very patient in attending to me and listened to my case then she transferred me to Noel who was absolutely amazing in analyzing my case, explaining what i am eligible for and helping me finished up my filing.
He cracked jokes too so be ready to have a belly laugh

I'm not super familiar with the Tax system in Canada (not from here), and have been doing my taxes with assistance from tools, guides, etc and also with H&R Block.

But my experience with Miriam in this office, I have no words. As soon as she took my file she raised a concern, telling me how there was an issue with previous filings, and that I should have had a higher deduction, she was so quick to address this and ensure that I had a good clean slate for upcoming years. While doing this she prepped my current taxes and took care to explain why we were doing some changes, their implications and reasoning.

I think for the first time in a while, my taxes were finished and I was happy, and pumped about what we did.

Miriam, you are the best! Your care, attention to detail and to me and my endless questions is definitely a highlight.

Service at 100 University Ave is exceptional. I reside in Brampton and trust me the drive into town is never fun. I have been coming to this location to see Marcia for the last 20years.
