Yeah. Thank god i didn't get my stuff done here. The guy was moving off. And told me i wont get anything, im getting a lot more back then what they told me. And im doing it for free.

Unprofessional staff. I did my taxes there last year but I felt that I was lucky last year. This year I made my appointment again with them but I regret. Tax professional S.ya (that's written on business card) she doesn't know totally about what's t4. She asked her senior manager to help and he didn't accept to help her and they try to book me another appointment for another day. Worst part is they didn't say sorry even but I'm sorry for wasting my 45 mins there. Don't waste your time and money with them if you train couple hours you can do better job than they are.

The Chinese ladies there are very arrogant and very unprofessional. In short they are not service minded. They think if you are taken advantage of, its your fault not ours, so blame your stupidity. Basically a "Mainland Chinese" mindset to name it. People, you should really cleanse yourselves of the filth before giving yourselves the title "professionals".
If you are young, just like someone said below, you are for sure to be taken advantage of. Don't book your appointment with the Chinese people here.
