Go here if you want unprofessional behavior and your taxes really messed up.
Couldn't hold in person appt. I showed up and receptionist told me accountant does this all the time as she works in more than one office.
Taxes done eventually via phone conversation not in person as appointment stated.
And even bigger surprise a 3k mistake made. After taxes filed.
Don't walk in their door go elsewhere.

The shadiest tax prep company there is. Absolutely unacceptable how they conduct business. Totally lied to me and caught them in it, then was passed around and their shady manager began ducking my calls. Stay away if you don't want debt the following year or headaches w your return/s

Worst experience ever. Receptionist was terrible. Person who did my taxes appeared to be on another planet. He was difficult to converse with. Had a good experience last year with Rhonda but she was not there any longer. Because of my experience this year, I will never ever go to H & r block again. Have also since discovered that getting my tax done with an accountant will be almost half of what I paid at H & R.

This was my sixth year of going there and my last first of all I had called and asked for the lady that had done my taxes for the last 5 years but he had moved on but to switchboard operators told me they have people there that can do exactly the same as she done for me which was have my taxes all prepared and all I had to do was sign for everything and I was in and out of there and less than 15 minutes this time was a nightmare I never got to sit with anybody who did them the switchboard operator was doing all the final work with papers and stuff for me to sign but she did that at the front desk and she kept answering the phone so it should have been 10 or 15 minutes turned into 40 or 45 minutes and then she had problems getting the check printed off or approved and it was no good and I won't Go back I'll look someplace else to get some done next year you know or find out where the lady went that used to kind of be the boss there so I was a bit disappointed to say the least they didn't do what they said they would do they never let me talk to someone who did it all so I don't know what I'm just wasn't happy with the whole process because other years I would be able to talk to the lady who did my taxes and ask her if there's anything new or did I make any difference here or what about this or what about that never had an opportunity to do that so I'm not very happy with the whole process at h&R Block next year I will have to consider something else

I really hate tax season but Rhonda was friendly and got them done with ease. Ill see you next year!

Excellent customer service, staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I have had the pleasure to meet Poorna who did an amazing job, she was very helpful and spent time ensuring all the information were understood.

Diane is, simply amazing! She did a superb job at explaining my taxes and my options. H&R Block services are really amazing through customer service, cleaning and social distancing also, even in this pandemic. Their tax experts are knowledgeable and friendly that reflects them very caring towards your tax. I’m been with these guys from last three years and every time their services are satisfied.

The reception had input my SIN to another client they are expecting on that day. The tax expert and her supervisor were speaking a different dialect in front of me while they were dealing with my SIN issue on their system, which was a bit rude cause I was getting paranoid with the SIN issue.
When I called to ask how much I would pay for 2 T4, they told me between 50-100. I asked ahead so I would know if I would proceed with their service, and they deceived me by telling me that I only need to pay that range. I asked again when I came in and they said it would generate after the whole process and most likely that would be how much. After everything, I paid 150 for 2 T4. Unbelievable! Never coming back anymore. It took them more than 20 min before they could service.

If you havent been here to see diane i highly suggest you do, diane is the most helpful kindhearted and sweet person and will work tirelessly to make sure you leave happy and ypu are well taken care of this amazing person has helped me so much in these years and i will NEVER USE ANOTHER company thankyou to my friend diane you are amazing

Excellent, fast and efficient. I've now done my taxes at this location 3 years in a row and have always left relieved and assured that my taxes were done properly by a Tax Professional. Friendly and kind service, specifically from Christine Sprague who did my tax return for 2019. Definitely recommended!

Terrible experience. I was given an appointment for 1 PM and it took them 20 minutes to get to me. What is the point of an appointment if you can't honor the time yourself?

Used them two years in a row and both years I got audited and had to pay back money. Never going back!

Get your taxes done somewhere else, they filed my taxes wrong and got me audited for their mistake.

Great service. Would recommend booking an appointment in advance, as wait times could get busy with walk-ins. Scheduling an appointment was easy and hassle free. Super nice receptionist helped get everything setup, and all paperwork setup accordingly. The agent was helpful in getting everything done I needed. Would highly recommend! Prompt and friendly service.

3rd year and service was great. Should have just dropped off because my taxes were a little difficult. Dropping off is the best option.

They steal your baby bonus when you give them access to take your return, i clearly stated that when i was doing my taxes this year that last year they took my baby bonus he said we don't do that i said well.it happened, he still denied it! Well i just check my bank account and guess what! My damn baby bonus wasn't in the bank it comes early this month because of the long weekend! I am lividdddd.again they lied i will never ever be going back to them ever again! Especially for how much they over charge and clearly took my baby bonus!
