Ali is my new tax guy, he really took the time to go over everything and made my experience comfortable and easy to understand. This was such a step up from past tax seasons at other locations.

Maria was great! I had a bad experience at dufferin location and came here instead. Good choice. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I was in and out with my return in an hour.

Ok, here is an update. So I got a call and a message from a district manager of H&R asking for what they can do about my issue last April 15. I've asked if he can investigate this overpricing issue. At this time I've followed up with him twice and he did not get back to me anymore. So I investigated myself by simply calling their office @ Eglinton West and ennerdale Rd. I spoke to a lady and inquired how much they charge.she then reached out to a colleague and told me for filing T4 only it will cost me $103.00 and if T4 plus RSP, will cost me $169.00.so at least I know they are really expensive, but still we were charged more than the above amounts. My wife was charged $270.00 for a straight forward tax filing. I know H&R will just ignore this post as they won't be able to explain why they overcharged a first time customer.

Last year we went here for the first time. H&R block @ Eglinton West and ennerdale Rd. I had 3 tax forms to file and they helped me process it. My mistake is I did not ask for how much they charge for fee. To my surprise, they charged me $700 plus dollar, for 3 people, with one T4 each only and some rsp contribution and donations. I can't believe how expensive they charged me and the guy there said next year he will give me a discount. So for this year I went to premier tax professionals @ Dufferin St North of Lawrence ave West. They were excellent and charged me $49 for each person. I recommend everyone to go check out premier first, try it and you will be happy. I did not feel I was robbed and was very happy.

Very polite employees, clean, good located and well organize so the costumers can keep the distance.

My taxes were prepared by Eiffel (2nd year returning) and he was very knowledgeable, personable and answered all my questions. He was able to save me a significant amount on my return and I'm totally happy with the service I received. Much appreciated!

I got more help there than I thought I would thanks again I recommend everyone tondo their taxes at this H&R block!

We all understand this is a scary time for all of us, trust me if I didn't have to leave home I wouldn't either. However walking in to this office this morning felt as if I just rubbed a bank or something the receptionist there today at 12pm on March 21,2020 was absolutely out of line. As I walked in I was just gonna put my envelope on counter and she shouted at me with both her hands saying social distance.she could have said the same thing without scaring the life out of me I honestly felt like criminal. I think people with such fear should stay home. We all have to be careful but treat people with dignity at least. Yes I left because her bad attitude didn't stop there. Don't recommend at all.

Im not sure what people are taking about but this is the worst place to do your income tax, first if all the do not know how to properly calculate your return so you end up owing the government! This haven't happened to me onse but 3 times here now i file at an accountant and i have no issues all done correctly and probably. People goto an accountant get what your owed and done properly!

Walked in without an appointment but didn't have to wait too long The representative I got was great and we chatted for a while making my walk-in longer than normal. Overall good experience

Awful receptionist! Came in as a walk in as advertised on their door at 10 am. The receptionist told me they were busy right now with only one other person waiting so I booked an appointment for 1: 30 pm. I came back at 1: 10 pm and the receptionist gave someone who was waiting there my time slot without knowing how long their appointment will take.

How unprofessional and when I asked her about why my appointment was given to that gentle man she simply said because he was waiting! She did not apologize to me but the people who have already had their taxes done waiting to leave. I drove back for my appointment and came back long before my time slot. I also need to be at work for a certain time. I'm so confused on how things operate in this location with such unprofessionalism by the person who has control of booking people in?

What is the point of making an appointment at a specific time, if they are going to make you wait an hour beyond that time? Very disappointing!
