I wish i read the reviews before i book with those people.
Worst place ever, they scheduled me with one asian lady, she brought me back and forth 3 times, and anytime i come i have to wait her 20 min to 30 min, then she sit pretending doing my tax, and say she will be ready next time, again i come she didn’t even open my file, they end up charging me 485$ and she didn’t finish it, i complain and was extremely pissed, they scheduled me with another guy he finish it in 10 min my tax…. But 485$ for doing tax can finish in 10 min is totally robbery…

Been sitting here 45 minutes and have barely been spoken to. My appointment was scheduled for 45 mins ago. So far, very disappointed with their customer service

No instant return whatsoever. Extremely high fees for tax return, I wish I nvr stepped to this office.

This is the most unsatisfied tax return I have ever done! I was shocked with a unpleasant service I received! Nobody knows what they talking about in this office! Do not let them touch your tax file you will regret it!
Stojan and Ramin are highly individuals and you need to avoid big time! There is no instant tax return because they never want to pay anybody money!

Have less than 20k income and all my life accountants charge me 60$ to 80$ for my return after meeting with Stojan Drenoski he charged me 197$ for a simple 3 minute tax return! If you ask me it’s a pure looters block!
Never ever going anywhere near this block again in my life!
Totally garbage service! Do your taxes with a private accountant for fraction of these looters price!
I will be following with cra to make sure he did my taxes correctly. I will be hiring a lawyer if he makes any mistakes on my return!

Very slow I had to wait for 30 minutes while I had an appointment that I made a week before
Also I don’t think Anna has enough knowledge in self employment taxes
I will try somewhere new this year

My mother has non resident taxes and Anna was not interested in doing the taxes. Do not waste your time with her!

Waited 30 minutes for a booked appointment and the employees seemed to be very confused and could not provide basic information

Folks, the staff are trained professionals based on their positions, what makes an office an efficient one? The Staff! And their spirit to deliver excellent service.

Such a great experience! They really tried getting all the money that they could for me. You must make an appointment before going in though, as it is understaffed.

Never again.this particular branch of h&r don't know what they are doing.very frustrating.bad experience

Worst experience. First appointment, lady was 30 minutes late. Ud think she do her best to make my tax return amazing. Few minutes into it and they get a power outage. She asked for my number to call me back when my taxes are ready. (asked for instant refund). I never received a call back. Called into the office 2 times the following morning and noone picked up the phone. So I went in the office and the lady saw me right away only to tell me that she did the taxes for me on the option (pay later). I was furious because I needed the money right away.
Also to try and correct her fault, she used (family discount) on my taxes for 2010 in which she's not allowed to do. Some regional manager called me back but never gave me an alternative. Just apologized. I now hate hr block with a passion

They were amazing and made everything as clear as can be and I really liked Michelle she was so helpful and very nice!

These people can barely work a front end terminal. I sat for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to process a payment. And that was just the people waiting to pay. It's veen 45 minutes since I walked in and I haven't even been talked to.

I had an appointment on Friday, and arrives to find they were sending people away as their shstem was down, I was given an appointment for 2pm Sunday. Upon arriving, it's a gong show, the employees seem confused, all of them, everything is grinding away extremely slowly, and no one has a clue what's going on. They don't even know where their customer washrooms are, just that they're "outside".

I've been going to H&R for years and their service has vecome worse and worse with every year.

I will not be returning and, all will tell anyone I know to get their taxes done elsewhere.

They only get one star because it's not actually possible to give them zero stars.

Update. I'm still waiting for my 14: 00 appointment. They spent more time speaking to eachother in Mandarin than doing their jobs, and anyone Chinese who walks through the door is rushed in while everyone else waits.
