They are the best of the country for their amazing support towards the client. Last time Mr. Abdul Wadud has spent 6+hours to provide me the best service. He is definately the best of the best in the bussiness. I would highly recomand him to any one at any given day.

I normally do my own taxes and I always get problems. I went to H&R block to do my taxes and professional advise. Jeya, a tax professional, provide an awesome service and helped me clear out the issues I had with CRA. I would recommend this branch if this is your first time doing a tax return or in need of a professional help!

The process took a bit longer than I anticipated, but that was to be expected since my tax expert Mohammad had to file 3 adjustments, one new tax return AND do my 2020 return, which we all know how messed up of a year that was in itself. From the date of my last upload till the return was actually finished though was maybe within a week. He was super helpful in maximizing my return and out of the money I ended up owing, I'm not gonna have to pay any of it with how much Mohammad got me returned. Honestly biggest win and all of that for less than $250? Personally compared to expecting to have to pay over $1000 in taxes, I'll take that $250 any day. My advice is if you're not prepared to pay at least a couple hundred (which honestly it may not even get to depending on how much work your return is to do) then don't seek the help of someone trained to do taxes. I was prepared, and I was extremely satisfied with efficiency and ease of access as well as communication provided by Mohammad and the H and R Block site. Two thumbs up!

Memorable experiences are worth telling, giving due credit accordingly. The environment was made really welcoming by the staffs, and in particular a woman with pleasant attitude Jeyakumary Murugathasan. She does it with flare and kind agility.

I really appreciate the employees at H&R block. They are very friendly and helpful. I had an experience with Pamelra, she's well experienced and helped me to get very good return from my tax return for this year. I would recommend them for my friends for applying for taxes.

Absolutely amazing customer service here!

I was at the Kennedy and Ellesmere location first where the receptionist totally disregarded me for three hours. It was only after someone else complained about the long wait time when she decided to help. I was then told I had to wait another hour. So I called the Kennedy and Eglinton location and they said they could take me right away.

They took me in very quickly and completed my taxes very quickly as well. Mohammad made sure I got the most out of my refund as possible and made sure I understood everything before I left. This is my second year coming to this location and both experiences were great. I will continue to come to this office!
