I would like to take the opportunity to thank SONIA, she is amazing person, she did take care of the credit card hold balance for my sister Rasha. She was communicating other branch to get the hold released. THANK YOU SO MUCH SONIA

Very bad branch, I placed a request for cheque book and found out after spending 30 minutes there that nothing was processed nor registered!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Sr. Premier Relationship Manager - Amal Youakim. She always provides the best customer service and advice. She even helped us finalize our mortgage application in a smooth and timely fashion. We are now working with her to move in all our RRSP and TFSA to our account with HSBC. Truly the best! Also, thanks to all the friendly staff. Great service.

Terrible service. Opening an account they ask you million of questions and it has been over 1 month still no notice whether your account is been approved or denied.

They service people without mask during covid19. The Tellers at the branch always make typos on bankdraft.

Terrible customer service, not good for professionals nor business owners, one way policy to protect the bank not clients, they can refuse your transaction, and not give a reason.

These people don't know anything about their banking policies. It's also hard to get ahold of someone who works at this specific branch.

Very inefficient.
I only do banking there for work because I have to but I do not recommend and wouldn't do banking there personally.
Everyone behind the desk/ counter look so miserable with exception of "Blessing".

Very bad experience.always ask too many unnecessary questions for depsoits and customer service n feomt staff is very rude.

Banking as we know it today is at least 20 years ahead of what I've experienced with HSBC Canada. They try to get you with low mortgage rates but that's pretty much where your wow ends. You end up spending more to keep your day-day banking moving. The Mississauga city Centre staff is very slow, unresponsive and bureacratic. I am thinking of ditching them and moving back to a Canadian bank.

3 hours to open an account. Way too many questions for deposits and transfers. Never will I give my business to HSBC. And it's not just this branch only.

Good luck making an appointment. I've spent hours trying to reach some one. Their online booking system organized in Asia. So they get dates and times wrong. I NEED TO MOVE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
