Worst branch ever. They take so long to do the simplest transaction. They also make mistakes. Not impressed.

Visited this bank yesterday asking for help in closing an investment account, the staff at the front desk had no clue about anything and was repeatedly going back and forth for answers. After around 20 minutes of me standing there for a resolution, she asks me to come back after two days as all the staff were very busy. I could see some staff standing and chatting around but none helped.

With not much help from a personal visit, I called customer care about this and they helped me close this in 5 minutes. The same information could have been provided to be my the bank staff. Very ill informed set of people at this location.

Reps here are absolutely useless, spent an hour waiting on back and forths with the office manager, and they still manage to not get what I asked for completed

The ATM here stole my card last night and management claims that they cannot return it to me because it is not a HSBC card. This is extremely inconvenient as I am traveling out of my home country. I highly recommend that travelers avoid using HSBC ATMs anywhere.

Unprofessional service, staff knew little to nothing about the workings of HSBC offers and the protocol for opening a chequing account. I am thoroughly disappointed with not just this branch, but with HSBC as a whole.

Do not recommend - the staff was unhelpful and we wasted two hours here without having made any progress.

They could not help us complete even the most simple things such as opening a chequing account. In addition, a degrading and disheartening customer service experience. Please stay away from this branch.

I tried to deposit Hong Kong cheques and was originally discouraged by the manager as there was a $30 Cad fee per cheque. After 20 mins of questions back and forth, the manager told me it was all a mistake. She tried to minimise the error with “My bad. It’s Friday. ” And this only irritated me more. What should have only taken 10mins, took 30mins altogether. I found the whole experience unprofessional and irritating. I will not return to this branch of HSBC.

The one star is only for the first mortgage advisor who got me into the HSBC door. Since then, all terrible and frustrated experiences.

Not helpful at all. Sitting in the office to do the application online for 2 hours.just to open up a brokerage account. Avoid by all means
